Bixler Lake Campground - Campground in Kendallville - 1650 Lake Park Dr, USA

I have an RV and they have water and electric hook-up, plus a dump station at the entrance. They have limited 50 Amp electric, but we were lucky enough to get one of those. The park is fantastic! Kayaks for rent, nice sized lake, many well groomed trails, and easy access to everything in town. Location feel like you are in the country, but you are actually right in town. Kendallville is quaint and we enjoyed bicycling around. The cabins look nice from the outside, but we didn't have access to any. Great place to spend some time!

Great campground for couples And family the cabins located in back feature 3 beds one of two being a bunk bed with a full size mattress on bottom bunk ,and a loft with a full size mattress as well ,including a Frigidaire and coffee pot and air conditioning. Along with a outdoor grill and fire ring, picnic table. Great features, be mindful of raccoons they fear nothing they literally stole a bottle of wine from picnic table with us sitting in front of it lock your food up! Otherwise great prices TRAVEL TIP : STAY SUN THRU THURSDAY MUCH CHEAPER IN PRICE

This s a well maintained campground for RVs and tent campers within the Kendallville city park. It’s a terrific campground. Well run, with a very helpful manager. Clean facilities. Nice campers. Beautiful grounds. A lake to swim in. Enjoy.

We've been here before and we love this park for parking our RV! Staff is extremely friendly. Sites are large and the lake is beautiful. Highly recommend

We went here for the homemade Christmas cards. We have went here for many years and it was packed. They use to give you hot chocolate and offer a hayride to go around the cards but there was us and 1 other car.

This place is beautiful...... Now the man an woman who run it are horrible..... Mind you we stay for 2 days, i had my children and my nieces with me from ages 4 to 14, first day, my children are all arguing and refusing to listen so i punish my children and i was told i could not and it was a warning then next day he my kids were being normal kids when camping running around playing and of course being loud and my younger ones of course through fits he screamed all the way from the office to shut up!!!! Very rude and un professional. No where in the rules did it state my children couldn't play we respected the night time quite time for my kids are in bed at 8pm and quite time is from 11pm to 7am. I did however notice it is all old people. We normally go to indian springs and NEVER have an issue and i will be returning there not to bixlar. Good luck to anyone that has small children.

Campground located inside our town park, on backside of Bixler lake. Two beaches for lake swimming, game fields, playgrounds on both sides of lake, tennis courts, frisbee golf course, hiking/exercise trails, wildlife, fishing, great summer program,

Campground was amazing! Owners were friendly, outdoor areas were well beautiful and well kept, and we got our favorite spot! The beach was wonderful as well! Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because a bigger camp store would be nice, the bathrooms were pretty dirty (TONS of bugs!) and the dumpsters were overflowing to the point we weren't able to throw our trash bags away.
