Tina and her staff have been very responsive to any issues I've had with my employer's IT. Tina recommended a group to install the CAT cables needed and networked computers for my employer. BITS usually responds quickly when we call. They can often solve the problem over the phone or remote in so that the problem gets fixed quickly. If they can't do either of those, a tech comes out ASAP.
For years we have relied on Boutique IT Solutions (BITS) to resolve our IT needs and occasional emergencies. They are always there for us, coaching us over the phone, remoting into our system or helping onsite. Tina always has sage advice. Just recently Zach resolved an issue with our internet service provider where he went nine rounds to resolve the problem. Nice people, easy to work with and always a great outcome.

Friendly service with amazing donuts! I want to come back to try the sticky buns and other menu items. The fry cakes are really good. We'll be back! They also have day old baked goods for a very low price!
Easily one of the best cocktail bars in Ohio. I highly recommend this even over cocktail bars in Cleveland and Columbus. The price and the tastes of the drinks are absolutely incredible. This cocktail bar will always be a reason to go to Lorain.

My wife and I did the sunset dinner cruise and it was awesome. Tour and history were great and the meal was delicious. Sunset made the night.

Lovely park with ample room for an assortment of outdoor activities. I went to see the waterfall and it didn't disappoint. Little bit of a walk (paved path, then grass) to get to the waterfalls but very enjoyable. Lots of parking as well.
