Bit-O-Heaven RV & Mobile Home - RV park in Donna - 1051 US-83 BUS, USA

We just left from our 6th season at Bit O Heaven. The office staff, activity directors, event staff, park hosts, and so many more do an outstanding job everyday. And not to forget the residents, smiles and a wave at every turn. There is so much to do, checkout the daily and monthly schedules, the website has some amenity highlights. The central location in the valley makes dining out easy. Flea markets, bike trails, and shopping in either direction. Mexico, South Padre Island, Space X all close by too. You owe it to yourself to give Bit O Heaven a try, thanks for looking. 😄

So this is actually an RV park not a hotel. But it is a wonderful community for retirees who like to stick to the warmer weather in the winter time. This park is only 20 minutes from the Mexican border and also is convenient to downtown shopping. The RV park is for members and guests only so you need to contact them ahead to reserve a spot.

This park is one of the greatest parks in the area! Located on Business 83 in Donna, Texas. Bit-O-Heaven has been around a long time, is well run, has lots of parties & activities. Great place to spend a retirement winter!

The park is quite old and the infrastructure is lacking. No water (down to a trickle) daily from 3:00ish to 7:00 pm. Phones and internet are always down. Unit 273, washer does not work and a/c does not function properly. Additional dryer stayed on the deck for two months. Electric bill for one month was $241.00 for a one bedroom park model. Both pools consistently out of service. The most alarming things are the “POLICE STATE” park manager, office staff and ownership. They do not understand what customer service means. Very condescending and patronizing towards residents. A constant start and stop. Meaning you’d think they had just opened shop. it’s very obvious the staff has no property management experience). It’s not worth it. Go somewhere else!

This is a great RV park. The people are so friendly and there is lots to do. The weather has been amazing for February. My only thing is no internet you have to buy your own or bring your own or go to the club house to use. The pool is heated and like bath water.There is a Hot tub too. There is an outside pool and inside the pool and hot tub. Maybe our winter home next year.

Great place to retire . plenty of things to do with lots of activities. I’ve lived here for two years . Most of the people here are friendly..

I choose to live out my life here and retirement for the reasons below: Peaceful quiet very well maintained very secure. The monthly fees are quite reasonable Very reserve and respectable Neighbors within the compound . As far as management is concerned I give it high ratings
