Bit by Bit Services was founded in 2018, and since our first day in business we've provided high quality repair services to our customers in the Russellville area. At first we started repairing devices as a hobby but after hearing the complaints from customers that would have when their devices are repaired somewhere else, we decided we wanted to step up and provide the best possible repair services. On all repairs we use high quality parts without cutting any corners or doing anything cheap. With years of experience on our back, we'll happily work on whatever you bring to our shop. Great place. I have an HP ALL IN ONE DESKTOP COMPUTER. It had locked me out and said that I had changed my password. HP Experts could not get into my computer with out a factory reset where I would lose everything I had on my computer. Bit by Bit was able to fix it with no problem and I didn't lose anything. I highly recommend Bit by Bit for your computer repair needs.

I would have preferred if he sold me the display so I could’ve repaired it myself. Other than that, he did a good job and had it working again quickly.

I stopped in to have my lightning port cleaned out on my iPhone 11. Was greeted immediately. Carlos was so professional and really went out of the way to explain everything to me.He taught me things I didn’t even know about my phone! He is very fair on his pricing. I highly recommend to anyone needing cell phone or tablet repair.

I brought my newly built gaming PC in to him bc it wouldn't boot and he had it fixed within 3 hours. His prices are reasonable and he knows what he's doing. He deserves more than 5 stars!

I called because I need to replace the screen on my iPhone. Carlos the owner was informative and very professional. When I took my phone in he was absolutely great with explaining everything from the process of fixing the phone to explaining his policy’s. I 100% recommended!! Carlos was very professional and knew what he was doing. Got the job done quick. He put together my gaming PC a few years ago and it worked great right from the beginning and still is today. He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any of the questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone with computer issues or needs. He also does phone repairs and I have heard many great things about him in that department as well.
