Our dinning experience was ruined by our server. He was very pushy and seemed not very happy when we did not order alcoholic drinks. When asked him about ingredients in certain dishes he had a very rude response and almost annoyed that we were asking. We ask because my daughter had food allergies. On top of this I had a cockroach run over my foot while eating.. When we brought it up to the server he just brushed it off. Only another server came over with a broom and bin and tried to catch it and take it away. We were guest at the Grand Wailea and we really tried not to let this experience take away from the resort. The food was good and we really have no complaints. We just expected so much more being an on site restaurant at the Grand Wailea. Tip: If you come eat here around 5-6 pm you can catch the beautiful sunset from this restaurant which has an amazing view. The service is exceptional at the resort and we had nothing but really amazing staff during our stay. Just this one individual ruined our night.
Service isn’t great here. I’m not sure why as we’re at a resort but folks didn’t seem very friendly. Our server who took over for the original was great but everyone else didn’t seem too keen to bring menus, refill water, or provide much info on drinks.
The location is spectacular though with the gorgeous beach as a back drop. The food is fine but I’d skip everything except the pizza. Chicken wings and poke nachos were below standard. Icy lava drink is like ice cream.
Great place for delicious quick meals with a fantastic view. We have now had two meals at the Bistro. The wait staff are friendly, well-trained and knowledgeable. The menu is varied and should have something for just about any palate. The food came out quickly and each dish was fresh, hot and delicious. From the short rib tacos to the pizzas, salads and other dishes, you can't go wrong.
First time going here for lunch and i love it. Standard wailea food prices, but the quality of the food is exceptional. Would love to see kamaaina discounts again, but apart from that i will be back! Can't wait to try dinner next. Tried the fried chicken sandwhich and it was on point!
Wanted a morning cocktail at the Grand Wailea. Due to construction this is the only restaurant on site that serves alcoholic beverages before 11 AM. When I asked to sit at bar I was told it was closed and was not offered a table. At this time I pulled up all the dining options, including the breakfast menu here, and saw there were bloody's and belinis on the menu. I asked to be seated. I was served my drink and my bill at the same time. I had to waive down my server to get my belinis and provide my elite card. After which my server was attentive. Very disappointed in the experience. Not Waldorf quality. Drinks were ok.
My husband and I both got the tacos and they were delicious! I also ordered a mocktail which was delightful, but almost the same price as an alcoholic drink. Restaurant accommodated my gluten allergy very well and the atmosphere was beautiful!
Casual upscale pool-side restaurant on the Waldorf hotel property. Delicious food and great views. Valet park your car and get the ticket validated here. Pricey drink selection, pricey appetizers, and pricey entrées, but it is the Waldorf after all. Enjoy the lushly landscaped grounds, beautiful open air lobby, and pristine beach.
We popped in trying to kill some time. We couldn't finish the drinks because they were very acidic however, we had the mushroom onion pizza and it truly ranks in our top 10 pizzas ever. It was pretty simple pie but had mushroom, maui onion, feta, motz and a garlic aolie for sauce. The dough was perfect. Also it's a open air restaurant and there were like 15 birds we made friends with. Mostly finch like birds who loved little nibbles of crust. It was a pretty good experience!

Breathtaking sunset view with delectable food offerings. Very attentive waitstaff who are kind and ensure that if you are celebrating something, they are too.
This was my first luau and it was absolutely amazing!!! The open bar was perfect for a good night. The food was family style which I kind of donât like but no problems with the food distributed. The show was amazing from start to finish. Got a prem
Amazing facility located on one of the best beaches in Maui. Perfect for sunsets. Good snorkeling right to the south of the resort. Saw Eels, Turtles, Trigger fish etc... the main restaurant was under renovation while we were there. Also, some hot
I've been there for dinner a few times. It's a nice place, friendly staff. I haven't seen the rooms, but have heard they're a little small, as it was converted from old condo units. Play at the beach, sleep in the room.
We would stay here again in a heartbeat. The views of the ocean and other islands are beautiful, especially at sunset. The pool was always quiet, even when kids were there. You have to be careful around the pool, though, because the tile is slippery
(June 2023) Lunch or dinner, the food is amazing. We dined twice here and kept talking about the lilikoi dipping sauce that comes with the fruit plate.
The bar is in front of the pool so the kids can go take a dip. The only requirement is that they
