My friend recommended this place to us and I'm so glad! The staff was so nice and the ambiance was fun. Jasmine was out server and she was so lovely. Everything was delicious and fresh. We'll definitely be back.

Great and fresh food. Try their avocado tost. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time and their space is pretty limited but you will not be disappointed.

Here's what I ate at Bistro Joe's inn Birmingham Michigan. I started with an old fashioned cocktail. They had their own twist on the cocktail, very delicious. For my meal I went with two appetizers which they call "Snacks" on their menu. I had the sticky ribs and brussel sprouts. I'm not a fan of truffles so I requested that the brussel sprouts not have any truffle oil on them and they were excellent. The kitchen had no problem leaving the truffle oil off. So if you're not a fan of truffle oil, but you love brussel sprouts try these! I enjoyed the ambiance in the restaurant. The table settings are really cute and the white rose and the candles make it elegant. The balcony view into the grocery store is really unique as well. Some friends and I went for a group dinner on Sunday evening. This location used to allow separate bills but now they don't, which is a let down. One bill was issued and we could pay with up to four credit cards. It's a pain to have to divvy up everyone's costs and collect money from everyone via different apps. Unfortunately, I think this is a mistake for Bistro Joe's, I wish they didn't change their policy. I will refrain from bringing large groups here in the future. Pro tip: If you decide to come here as a large group who all pay for their own orders separately, I recommend that you bring cash so that you don't have to worry about paying the bill on different credit cards and sorting out who owes who what. Everyone in my group enjoyed their food and cocktails. Our server was friendly and efficient. Again, the food was really great. What a wonderful experience! Went for a nice dinner and EVERYTHING was superb! Our server, Leah was the BEST! Her timing and suggestions were spot on! Starting with the passion and spice signature cocktail, to the appetizers *had the best steak tartare and grilled octopus was great too) to the entrees (Chilean Sea Bass to die for!) to the suggestion for a perfect wine! I will definitely be back soon!

Newer brunch time on Sunday’s. Such a bad experience. Bad quality avocado in the avocado toast they charged double just to replace de bad one. First time seeing this a lot of Flies around the place. New Servers not attentive and very rude.

My boyfriend and i were here last week and were really impressed with the atmosphere being above the strore below. We had drinks and the Sticky Ribs which were EXCELLENT. We then split the 4 Sliders. The burger was a bit but dry and the buns could have been warmer and toasted. Our server (I believe her name was Leah and was new and in training) was very knowledgeable about the menu. Over all, a great experience and we'll be back soon in the near future. Thank you

I had dinner with my family today and the customer service here was impeccable! Jasmine was our server along with trainee David and they both were very attentive and knowledgeable about all menu items. We had a hiccup with our drinks, but it was VERY QUICKLY fixed. We were able to meet the manager Martin and he was very kind and caring of our experience throughout our evening. I ordered the surf and turf pasta, my mom ordered the Diver's Scallops and we HIGHLY recommend. Please stop in and enjoy their great hospitality!!!

Shout out to Martin (manager) and Mo (service) for the great family brunch today at Bistro Joe’s. Martin was able to accommodate us with great seating for 4, a 3 year old and baby to make us feel at ease with consideration for other patrons. Mo provided us with over the top service that made us feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommend the Short Rib Benedict and Short Rib Omelets, ending with warm donuts and berry cheesecake. It’s a great atmosphere to able to grocery shop downstairs, and have brunch/lunch upstairs at the market. Looking forward to our next visit.
