This place is definitely worth returning for at least 25 menu items. Kelly was a great server and secured my left credit card which took me a few minutes to realize that I walked out without. I haven’t had plantains that good since 2017 in San Raphael at a Puerto Rican restaurant. The Cuban sandwich was the best I’ve had since the last time I was on the south side of Miami. We used to have a specialty Cuban shop in the AVL near Pisgah View Apts that had the best Cuban ownership. This place is relatively a higher end experience with delicious cuts and sides. Go here if you are a foodie and enjoy being around quality folks. They fly a Venezuelan flag as well as Cuba’s. That’s fine by me. I’m a huge Ronald Acuna Jr. Fan as well.

Always on the lookout for a topnotch Cubano and Bistro Cubano did not disappoint! By far, the best I've had since moving from the East Coast. Everything about it was spot on, from the bread to the ham and the pork to the pickle! Staff was super friendly and helpful in answering questions. Unfortunately, didn't get a pic of the sandwich before diving in 😢 but we did order dessert (which we rarely do), the Plantain Cuban Split 😋 Absolutely delicious! OC is quite a drive for us, but we'll be back!
Great little hole in the wall for killer grilled Sammies and tasty fries. Service was fast, super friendly but not overly attentive. Will definitely return for dinner!
Had a fantastic dinner! Super friendly service despite being extremely busy, tasty cocktails, lovely patio right in the heart of OC, and the food... THE FOOD! 4 of us for dinner with all different sandwiches/entrees and we enjoyed it all. Super tasty and reasonably priced. The owner stopped by as he was checking all of the tables and was very genuine in his appreciation. I think we found a new favorite date night spot!
It was the wife and I first time at this hole in the wall restaurant in downtown Oregon city. We loved it. The wife ordered the Havana burger and I had the Devilish Cubano. The meal was great we will tell our friends and keep coming back. You got to try the coleslaw I've always found K.F.C. coleslaw to be the best. Well I found a coleslaw that ranks number 1. Keep up the good work. We love your restaurant♥️♥️💋💋
Buen provecho or enjoy the meal that is served. The picadillo reminds me of home (without raisins which leads to much debate in Cuban households). The island Bowl with the grilled chicken was delicious. The service was a little slow but not enough to warrant a lower rating. The drinks, the music, the TVs, and the eye candy on the walls are reminiscent of home. Stop in for good food and drinks.
Had a wonderful time! Big mama was a great teacher. Our teenagers had a blast! Will definitely be back.

Our favorite local brewery. Great beer, great selection, great casual atmosphere, great service. Plus there is delicious Ranch Pizza there or lots of food cart options. Pro tip: get a âcrowlerâ of your favorite beer to go!
Love it!! Very beautiful scenery along the way when floating. Be sure to pick up after yourself to keep it clean. Wear a life jacket as well. There are spots that are deep with small Rapids.
