Definitely stay here instead of interstate chains! Easy online check in, nice room, good breakfast & walk to the small downtown shops etc After years of passing by Hayes on way to CO, I decided to stop & explore the town. Hayes has a small but vibrant art council, interesting restaurants, brewery & wine bistro.
So glad we opted out of the chains along the highway and chose to experience this beautiful home instead. Our room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, the house elegant and full of history. The hands-off registration/check-in was easy to follow. The breakfast was not quite what I'd come to expect from a B & B, or I would have given this 5 stars.
Cozy little bed and breakfast in a charming Victorian house. Though the house is old, amenities are updated and functional. Instructions for checking in and out were well-communicated. Breakfast is included and plentiful, with options for dietary restrictions. Best place to stay in Hays!
Outstanding B&B option in one of the most charming cities in western Kansas. This is one of those places where the proprietors sussed out every little thing that might appeal to a guest, and then provided it; this property is a charming amalgam of antique sensibilities and modern comforts. Michelle is a very genial and attentive host, and is clearly well-versed in Midwestern hospitality. Check it out!

Stayed here while I was traveling through Hays and it far exceeded my expectations! The owners are super friendly and accommodating, the property is beautiful, and the rooms are super comfortable with lots of conveniences. The breakfast was also delicious! Anyone who stays here during their trip to Hays will love it! From the comfortable rooms, to the full breakfast in the morning, Casey and his wife will make u feel like you're at home! It's also close to shops, and historic down town!! Safe neighborhood as well!!
I've stayed multiple times at The Inn at 117! I absolutely adore it!! It's always so clean and I love that it's kept to the Victorian style. With a coffee maker available right in the room and snacks. Plenty of towels and if I ever need anything the host Larissa is always available and super helpful. Those little details are so pleasant after a long drive. It's walking distance to breakfast places and my favorite restaurant there Gella's Diner & Lb. Brewing. I highly recommend staying here if your visiting Hays,KS or passing through for the night!!
First time in and wasn't disappointed. The space is small but well laid out. Nice outdoor area. The beers that I tried were all solid. Well flavored. Will definitely make another stop in the future.
This park is expansive, well thought out and maintained. It is supported by individual donors, which explains the excellent quality covered pavilions with tables, generous sized waste cans and availability of waste bags around the entire perimeter. T

I love this store. In the spring, they have a great selection of plants and pots. Lots of Christmas gift ideas, and I bought my tree there this year. It's just a great place to shop.
