I had an Emerald city theme party for my daughters sweet sixteen , let me tell you….. Michelle and her crew slayed that , if you are looking for something different, something mind blowing, something that’s gonna have your guest saying your party was fire, then you need to get in touch with her NOW , to hold your spot , when it comes to everything you need for your party she does that , it’s really a family business, her daughter did amazing balloon work for my party , and my party is the talk of the town , If you are unsure look up her social media to get ideas , but i gave her full control with the decorations and I was shocked, she did her thing ………

I hosted my son’s first birthday party & it was an absolute success! The owner Michelle is very responsive and works with you to meet your needs. I personally did not use them, but if you feel that you need help in planning your event they have an amazing event team. Our bartender was so helpful as well! The space itself gives such an elegant touch, all my guests were raving about how wonderful the space was. Lastly it is a clean space and has great parking. Definitely check this place out if you are looking to host an event.

My family and I held our mom's going home service at Bisou Event Space. We told Michele, the owner, what colors we wanted, and what food we wanted to serve to our guests. Michele and her team surpassed our expectations. The decor was simple and elegant and the food was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They lifted the burden from us having to find a venue, and find a food vendor, by allowing us to walk in, have a beautiful service and leave with no worry. I recommend her and her business for whatever event you need planned. Try her out; you will not be disappointed.

This failing business has nothing better to do than creepily stare outside of their window at all hours of the day and tow cars that sit outside their parking lot for less than an hour (at 6am mind you). Absolutely trash human beings run this place. I do not recommend them at all.

A great place to host an event .. very spacious and clean ! This baby shower was top tier and beyond amazingly done. Everything was beautiful and executed professionally ! I would recommend the party planner and venue to anyone in need of having a celebrity style event ! @longislandpartyrentals

My husband and I got married at Bisou in Dec 2020. The venue is very clean and well taken care of. From our first interaction Michele and her team treated and truly welcomed us with a family feel. They are very genuine and you can feel that they love what they do. The Bisou team is very helpful at bringing your vision to life and more. There is soo much that i can say but to keep it short, I highly recommend having your next event, whatever it is, here at Bisou. You won’t regret it!

SUBJECT: Beautiful venue – not worth the hustle! We were so excited to host our first baby shower and found a location close to home and reasonably priced. Seeing that there are so many overwhelmingly priced/underwhelmingly serviced venues available, we went with Bisou because we thought we were going to get the best service. Additionally, we wanted to support black-owned businesses seeing that there are not that many close to us. Unfortunately, the rug was pulled out from under us once gave our first cash deposit. We can summarize our experience by centering on the “lacks’: 1 Lack of communication • We never received a contract. In good faith, we continued to make payments towards the final balance in hopes that the contract would not be something that we would need to complain about. Once we started to ask questions about logistics and additional services, we were met with short responses like, “refer to the contract”. When we stated that we never received a contract, their response was “We would’ve never reserved your event if we didn’t get a signed contract.” They later admitted that the contract was “bounced back” to them. Why did reserve our event without a contract? • There was a whole street festival – hosted annually by the local town! The street festival blocked our access to the venue and our guests had a really hard time finding the venue. When we asked for 30 extra minutes to accommodate our guests, we were told that they had no idea about the festival (even though the town confirmed that the event was publicized, and event staff got to the location hours before our event to “set up”) Why did no one give us a heads up? 2 Lack of professionalism • To accommodate for the street festival mishap, we asked if they would refund us $150. Their response was, “We compensated you for the festival by providing additional decoration services costing $850.” Another manager replied with another form of “compensation for $1250” Little do they know that we had friends book an event the night before and said that they paid for the additional decoration services. Not only did they not properly clean up from the night before, but they also lied to us about “compensating” us! Why would you lie to us rather than issue a refund? 3 Lack of courtesy • We wanted to have a conversation with the event space manager to address our concerns. When we told them that we would give them a call, they did not answer and did not call us back. We know that they had our phone numbers saved. We called a second time (from a different number) and got through. Excuse after excuse was given. We cleaned up after the party, escorted guests through the festival, tipped their bartenders (in large plastic jars that crassly read “TIPS”). We only hoped for some courtesy. None was given. In all, our guests made our shower worthwhile and meaningful. We paid so much money to rent the space, decorate it, and pay their “required” security guard fee (for a Sunday afternoon event). We didn’t deserve to be hustled like that. I would suggest spending your hard-earned money supporting another business. This one needs some work with their service.

I had an amazing time photographing a sweet 16 here a few weeks ago. Staff was very helpful and the space was gorgeously decorated.
