Birria Boss, LLC - Restaurant in Lincoln - 1320 O St, USA

I came in at 6:07pm Saturday and there were already people waiting for their orders. My order came out relatively quickly even though there was a small hiccup. They had forgotten to charge me for the churro cheesecake which was no biggie to me as it only took a few seconds more to remedy. I got the Birria grilled cheese loaded and it was delicious. The churro cheesecake was perfectly sweet and had a nice crunch. Definitely worth giving it a try and will recommend to others.

Visiting Lincoln, Ne and stopped by Birria Boss today and had the tacos and birria wings. Both were great! I travel the country and enjoy good Mexican food everywhere I go. Birria tacos were amazing… among some of the best I have had. Not too greasy and great flavor.. verde sauce has a hint of cream to it which is different than how I like it, but had good flavor as well. These will be a staple whenever I'm in town. Jordan, the owner (nice guy) was up front taking orders and told me about a new chicken wing item that wasn't listed on the menu. Fantastic. Marinated in the birria sauce, baked, then fried and topped with some teriyaki sauce and seasoning. Light crunch, cooked throughout! Nice touch!

Had my first visit here less than a month ago and it’s turned into a weekly trip! Great service, laid back atmosphere and staff. The food is so good- can’t go wrong with the tacos, but I’ve gotten the ramen my last two trips (loaded, of course). Elote and cheesecake are fantastic. Highly recommend a stop here, you won’t be disappointed!

This place is SO GOOD. I wasn’t sold on birria before we came here and now I can’t wait to come back. We got the taco, quesadilla, ramen, elote cup, and churro cheesecake. All amazing!! Staff are great and the vibes were chill. Can’t wait to go back!

Had the Birria fries. They were really good. The only problem was that I was half way through them before I realized they forgot to add the elote. Not a big deal though. I still loved them. Now I have to go back and try them loaded. 😁

Lila Maes for me was definitely the best new restaurant of 2023, and I don't want to declare like an early win for any restaurant for 2024 though I really think it will be this place. I remember going in here really sad that Stur 22 had left, but I was told about how the owner of Stur kind of entrusted these people to run a new restaurant here. He made a damn good decision, this is easily some of the best food we have in Lincoln, and to have a restaurant that stays open this late is perfect to! I really hope this place can prosper and stay around for awhile. Great service, great food, great atmosphere, great drinks!

You're paying for the vibe and convenience of the bars if you're already out with friends. Taste was hit and miss so not worth the money but they are targeting a specific customer so i get it

Stopped by for my first time today for lunch. I tried the grilled cheese birria, the birria taco, and the birria fries. Just wanted to get a few things to see what I liked. (Was way too much food for one person. 🤣) Honestly everything was wonderful. Flavor was great! I asked for only half the jalapeños on the grilled cheese and I probably should have just asked for normal because it wasn't very spicy. Will definitely be going again.
