I had a great beer and the spicy chicken sandwich was exceptional, but there's this sign inside that just drives me nuts. Refusing cash is terrible, and if it's so expensive to run the business, raise the damn prices instead of tacking on a "service fee". Luckily that fee will become illegal July 1: "SB 478 expressly purports to ban “drip pricing,” which the legislation describes as advertising a price that is less than the actual price that a consumer will have to pay for a good or service."
Food is awesome, will go back for the food once more. The beer garden has a lovely environment but a little disappointed with the small number of beer on tap. The one I wanted had also over. They do have a large variety of canned beers so you still have choices. They also close by 8 and the restaurant closes by 730, which I felt was a bit early for a beer garden. Overall a great experience and a great time, surely will visit again.
The furikake fries and furikake chili fries were great. It’s japanese sweet sauce on top of fries. Tastes great with the beer and I liked the ambience of the place where you can sit outside, drink beer, and eat appetizers that go well with the beer.
Great little place in Union City. My partner and I stopped in to grab a bite. I had the Chicken Adobo and she had a Vegan bowl. Food was fresh and delicious.
wow i really enjoy this space! not only was the food incredible but the vibes in the outdoor seating area along with drink selections are immaculate! 10/10 would recommend for yall to stop by and try their menu items! as the weather is slowly getting warmer I'm so juice to stop by again because imagining the summer breeze along with the cotton candy sky sounds like such a fun experience! the staff there are also so approachable and friendly - because as for drinks i got a sour of some sort (to be honest - i wasn't too sure what to order so i asked the bartender for his recommendations in which he was so helpful and allowed me to taste test prior to buying the drink!) the only downside is that parking may be hard to find on the streets but there are tons of side streets nearby perfect for groups, friends and family, and dates!! 10/10 would recommend trying their garlic shrimp plate ($19) - which was so flavorful and everything within my plate was paired so well together 🤤
Good vibes, beer selection, and food. I love their outdoor space with plentiful seats. Met the owner and he was so kind and humble. He’s a Union City native and so is the chef. You need to check out their kitchen. The chef previously worked at a Michelin star restaurant and you can really tell! We got: Spam masubi - super flavorful with nice sauce and green onions on top Fried chicken and rice- came with Mac salad which I enjoyed. Portions were huge. Wish there was more sauce but overall delicious. Spicy Mayo tuna poke - this portion took us 3 days to get through. Very fresh fish.
I’ve been looking for a spot in Union City with GOOD food. And let me tell you this place does not disappoint and frankly is the best food I’ve had in this city. I came here with my coworkers at lunch and will 100% be coming back. Great outdoor space for large groups with plenty of seating in the sun and the shade. The beer selection is vast. The chef here is super personable, local and clearly knows and cares about what he’s dishing up. Ingredients are sourced from Santa Cruz to Monterey and tastes so fresh. The menu changes with the season and the plant based options are so flavorful and not an afterthought to the menu. Also the portions are incredibly generous so if you’re like me you’ll have leftovers. My only wish is they were open more days of the week. Will be coming back over and over - this place is a gem!!!
The food was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend lived in Hawaii for years and he is raving about it. Loved meeting and talking with the owner of the Birdhaus portion. Can't wait to meet the chef and owner of The Lone Crow so that we can complement him on his excellent, authentic island dishes. What a treat. The atmosphere was wonderful. The owner of Birdhaus has some wonderful improvement ideas and I can't wait to go back and see the changes as they progress.

Update, You guys have one employee here his name is LIS. This man has so much energy and positivity. I myself was in a good mood, I am very pleased that I met such a person. Always good, but those french fries are not good, i don't like it.
This park to practice soccer is very good, there are competitive leagues but there are also recreational groups that meet to play soccer with friends, there is parking, that's a plus.
Amazing little gem in Fremont. The tonkotsu broth base here it rich and very flavourful and very comparable with some of the other great ramen places in Asia. Service was pretty good and parking is easy. I recommend the black garlic (kuro tonkotsu) o
