Very happy with this software, it has helped me keep a schedule with our social media posts because it has simplified the process and assists me with posts ideas and content. I can now schedule weeks at a time and add a great variety of posts on multiple platforms at the same time. It also keeps track of all the messages from every platform in one spot which is such a time-saver and makes sure we don't miss a message. I cannot respect a company who uses predatory contracts to retain their customers. AVOID AT ALL COST. We used them for a full year and when attempting to cancel we were informed we must give a 3 month notice to cancel or our contract automatically renews for another entire year. They will not correct this and they clearly do not stand behind their own product if this is their sad attempt of retaining customers. Caleb Johnson

We are honestly afraid our competition will find out about Birdeye. We were skeptical at first, especially since our website provider and Google failed to help us rank on search engines. We noticed instant results the moment we gave our information to Birdeye. We went from landing on page 4 to dominating page 1 with little to no effort on our part. The CRM integration with Salesforce was surprisingly seamless. In fact the entire process has been a delight. We have our very own support representative, Mahak. Her dedication and commitment to our success was not expected. We thought, once they had our money, that would be the last we heard from them. Nothing could have been further form the truth. We highly recommend adding the Social and Text features. The AI features are intuitive and the interface and reporting are game changers. It's so convenient to have everything in one place. I have a feeling we will explore all that Birdeye has to offer, but so far, we have been blown away!
