Bird Creek Motel & RV Park - Motel in Bird Creek - 29433 Seward Hwy, USA

Stayed for two nights and I have to say the first night was great, wasn't sure what to expect for the price but was pleasantlly surprised, clean and comfortable, needs updating yes but when your tired at the end of the day all you need is a hot shower and clean bed.||The second night we had bathroom issues so hoping that the owner gets the septic issues fixed soon. Turned out ok but could have been much worse.||Be sure to check out Bird Creek such a nice area with beautiful views

On a motorcycle trip back in 2022, a buddy and I stayed at the Bird Creek Motel. We rode into Anchorage after riding from Valdez, the type of places we liked to stay...rooms where you can park outside your door...were also the places where somewhat colorful individuals preferred to hang out. Checked out 3 different motels in Anchorage and decided there was some bad juju going on. Having camped the two previous nights we thought we'd get a room to shower up etc but one more night in the tent wouldn't kill us. So we carried on south hoping we'd find some place that would work. Spotted the Bird Creek Motel and clamped on the binders, this is the exact kind of place I love to stay at. Had no reservation, just went to the door and were immediately greeted by Erik. In less than 5 minutes, I felt like I was 10 miles from home talking to an old friend. Perfect. Rooms were clean, shower was hot and had great pressure, the beds were fantastic. All the amenities we could ask for, bottled water in the fridge, coffee and hot chocolate, bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need. Convenience store/fuel station just across the road. We grabbed some snacks and drinks, sat outside on a beautiful late June evening enjoying the view until the sun was low. Sometimes things just have a way of working out. 5 stars from the both of us.

The owner was kind enough to keep our fish in their freezer for several hours after we checked out till our late evening flight. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Centrally located but not in the city, easy access to Girdwood and Anchorage.

This motel was a wonderful place to stopover on my way from anchorage to seward! The rooms were simple but clean. Check-in process was easy and friendly. I really appreciated the hot chocolate & instant coffee in the room and there was shampoo and body wash in the shower.

This place is wonderful. Owner was super nice when checking in. The room was absolutely fabulous. Very clean and very well maintained. Bed was so comfortable, I had no problem sleeping. Price was very reasonable. Just really was impressed with this place.

We stayed here two nights on our way toward seward from anchorage. The rooms are clean and modest. The owners Eric and Veronica were amazing hosts and told us all about how they renovated the place over the years. BEAUTIFUL views to wake up to. Will stay again hands down.

Convenient location. Rooms very clean, small refrigerator - freezer. (Freezer separate compartment). Ceramic coffee cups. Nice thick towels. Good selection of TV channels. Off road a bit thus less road noise. Enjoyed 2 nights. Plenty electric outlets for charging. Nice gas station adjacent to motel.

Very clean and nice , owners were very informative of the area and questions I asked
