Birch Cafe - Vegan restaurant in Highland Heights - 5557 Wilson Mills Rd, USA

I LOVE Birch Cafe! They always have delicious specials (the French dip, Reuben, and burger night are not to be missed), quick and yummy grab and go, and great vegan breakfast options (their quiches are incredible). I also love the pastry selection and grocery section in the back. Dine-in, pick-up, and delivery are all options too, which is nice. Anytime I’m in the area I always stop by.

I loved my dining experience at Birch Cafe! My friends and I, including our children came here today for the first time. I forgot the name of the wrap I got, (oopsies), but it was vegan based chicken, tempeh, lettuce, vegan cheddar cheese, and onions. It was very filling and included kettle chips! I got a water bottle, but what was very tasty and comforting was the Pumpkin Macadamia Nut Latte (Warmed) I ordered! It had the PERFECT 50/50 of Pumpkin and Macadamia Nut! So tasty. The owner was extremely welcoming, nice, and gave us recommendations! I can’t wait to come again soon. ❤️ Very yummy and great customer service. I am not vegan, but this vegan cafe is a 10/10!

I love me some good vegan food. The sandwich was delicious. Nice and hot and fresh. And you could tell that the hash brown was vegan as well!!!! It’s very spacious in the inside.

Birch Cafe is one of my favorite places in Ohio! I wish I lived closer because I would be there every week. I have never ordered something that I haven't loved and devoured entirely. I love their breakfast food but their lunch is just as delicious. Birch Cafe hosts a plethora of pop-ups all the time (I love Bre's patisserie and BVH!) and they constantly run amazing specials! Not only is this a perfect spot to grab a bite to eat, but if you want to find some really unique vegan grocery items, this is the place! I always end up finding products I've never seen before or ones that are hard to find. One of my favorite things to look at is all the fancy vegan cheese they stock!! They also have cards, jewelry, and other non-food items to look at so it's a perfect way to spend a morning!

This was one of those recommendations from my partner E-MONEY that I was weary about, but my word was I proven wrong. Just the kindest crew working behind the counter and the cold brew was delicious. E-MONEY had to go with the gingerbread cookie latte and I'm afraid she won't shut up about it until the new year

This place was an absolutely lovely stop for a late breakfast as I'm traveling across country. If I were local, I'd probably come by fairly regularly. I definitely want to stop again next time I'm in the area. The staff were really friendly and personable. I had a nice time chatting with them as I was figuring out my order and getting everything. The food and coffee were good, filling, and decently priced (I'm used to MA prices). The cinnamon sugar donut was so good I had to ask about how to order a dozen in the future. I was lucky enough to get 2 when I was in. I really enjoyed that they had a pop up bakery there that day as well as other vegan goods and gift items towards the back of the shop. I also made sure to mark their map while I was there. Definitely a place to support and enjoy!

This place is awesome. I’m personally not vegan, but my girlfriend is & we come here all the time. The food here is ridiculously good, staff is so nice, & atmosphere was spooky just in time for Halloween :) I got the buffalo breakfast wrap and if I didn’t demolish it, then I would have shared a picture; but it was way too tasty

Such a great spot to eat! The food is always excellent and the cafe itself is pretty spacious and comfortable, not cramped whatsoever. Lots of neat products to look at while you wait for your food to be made. I have had a million tofu scrambles but the tofu eggs here are hand down THE best I've ever had!!!!
