Very friendly atmosphere and the food was delicious. The sauces were good as well. I enjoyed my burger with a crafted beer & it was all worth it!

Don’t usually leave reviews. But this felt significant Asked for the burger to be cooked medium. I see now why it was so fast. Perhaps it was because I got a $16 item for no cost using a “Free Burger” coupon card as a white elephant gift w/ no expiration date. The cashier made sure to notify me that it was supposed to have a date on the coupon as if I did something wrong. If I didn’t have the coupon would this still be the standard?

Great little burger joint downtown. I saw online they have gluten free options so I had to try it out. The staff here were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. It has a nice open layout that is bright and comfortable. I ordered the Boilermaker, a small fry, and a drink (one size, free refills). It was delicious! The burger was cooked the way I asked (medium rare) and the fries were just right. I do take a gluten digest pill right before my meal whenever I eat out, just to be safe, and I had no reactions to the food here. If you're looking for a good GF burger and fries (or tots) downtown, I definitely recommend Bingo

This used to be my favorite burger place in COS and a go to spot when family was in town. I probably won't be back for a while.Today I was let down when I found out all the signature burgers changed but I built my own burger and moved on. When we finally got our food we reminded the worker we were still waiting on a beer and he said okay he would be right back. The let down continued when we found out the 50/50 was now waffle sweet potato fries and crinkle cut fries. Bingo burger used to be one of the only places in town you could get something other than crinkle cut fries. The waffle fries some how were half burnt half soggy (not sure how that happened). Next problem was the seasoning it was like some one took a cap of the container and dumped it all over there was way to much every bite was just a mouth full of powder. Next the burgers, all three of us asked for medium burgers none of us got medium burgers. All three were well done and at this point there was a line at the register and the one cashier was clearly overwhelmed, we were hungry so we dealt with it. Unfortunately the pueblo chilies that are supposed to be what makes bingo burger special where completely unnoticeable. As if the entire blend changed. We finished up, I waited in line asked for a refund for the beer which required the cashier getting another person from the back. I am not sure what has change with the management, the menu, or the food sourcing but I am not going back for a long time in hopes that things get better.

Best burger I’ve had in my life and they had amazing toasted gluten free bread. I will be back!

Easily one of the best burger places in Colorado Springs, excellent drinks and fries as well. I got the steel city burger which is my go to. The prices are also very good for the quality of food. Excellent location and vibe to match the food.

It does not get much tastier than crazy burger toppings on a solid burger base, and this place has that down to a science. We were debating between a few burger joints in the area and chose this one since it actually had seating. I'm glad we chose this. They have a variety of innovative burgers, including the Ft. Carson. That was the burger I was lucky enough to choose. It comes loaded with green chiles, bacon, tater tots, and has green chiles baked into the patty. It was delicious! The fries are thicker cut than I prefer but I ended up not able to finish them all. I also tried a vanilla shake and a beer. They have a great beer list with a couple of funky options. The shake tasted good but was a little bit icy and smaller than I would've preferred for the price. The restaurant is well-decorated and unique. The staff were nice and served us quickly. The prices are fair. The space was clean. Very solid option for a meal.

SUMMARY: My wife and I go to Bingo Burger a lot, because she loves it, and I love making her happy. Sometimes I kinda like and sometimes I really like it. It all depends. IMPRESSIONS: Bingo Burger is a small chain of hamburger restaurants that occupies the middle ground between "fast casual" and "fast food." You can bring your family here for a sit down meal, with some limited table service. But it's really also a fast burger joint. Because of this dichotomy, your experience will vary. (This review is for the downtown Colorado Springs location.) I've found that when we've gone to Bingo during busy times, when it's crowded, or when they are a little short staffed, the quality of food and service will suffer. During such times my burger will be overcooked, and we'll have a very long wait. It's also not a fun room when it's crowded. But if you show up just outside of normal meal times, you're likely to have a good experience. I like ordering my dinner at the counter and having it brought to my table. And I like that Bingo by default lets you customize your sandwich. Under the right conditions, this will yield an above-average fast hamburger experience. The sandwiches share a common Colorado theme, with Pueblo chili "Bingo sauce" a consistent option. TBH, these burgers are good but not the best in town. (For that, I recommend Felipe's.) But they are at least in the top 3 for central Colorado Springs, and it makes for a great stop on a downtown evening out. What I especially like about Bingo Burger are their occasional Burger of the Month specials. I most recently had "The Mammajammer," and it was out of this world delicious.

Stopped in on 11/12/23 while in the springs for a quick weekend getaway. We are always up for a new place and a burger sounded wonder. This is in downtown Colorado Springs and right across the street from Acacia Park with plenty of shopping around.
