Bottom line - A must-visit and I will definitely be coming back again! Food - absolutely loved the 3 dishes I had! (1) Spanish salad - perfect blend of arugula with light sweet & citrusy vinaigrette, flavorful cheesy manchego (on the slightly more flavorful side) topped with crunchy roasted peanuts (2) Octopus - great combination of elements again! The potatoes are seasoned so well and go so well with either the octopus or the chorizo. (3) Huevos Rotos - over-easy eggs which spill so effortlessly when broken into and lightly seasoned to compliment the creamier paprika aioli and house chips that hit the spot. PS: since the portions sizes are medium, 2 dishes would have normally been more than enough for me, but I had 3 in this case since I skipped lunch. Also skipped dessert because of no dairy-free options Service - My server patiently went through all my options taking into account my dairy-free preference. I especially appreciated it at the end when after 2 dishes I knew I still needed a little something to fully satiate me and he helped me land on the Huevos Rotos after looking into 2 other options at which point I know most servers would lose a bit of patience. Ambience - overall great, the restaurant is tucked away behind this little but packed wine shop. Had bar seating which I actually didn’t mind this time because the bar is quite spacious (pictured) with hooks below to hook your jacket / belongings. Interesting choice of music from the 2010s - but no qualms there - and not very loud.
Warm atmosphere and excellent food. Walked through a liquor shop into the restaurant. The steak was very flavorful, accompanied by different spices on the top and bottom. The octopus leg was very tender without any odor and again accompanied by excellent side dishes. The paella was also good. It must be noted that they serve as small portion, but they were all exceptionally well presented.
Really cute spot with an inviting staff and atmosphere! You can buy a bottle from the attached wine store to have while you eat or try a variety of by the glass pairings from the restaurant itself. The tapas were perfectly portioned for a couple and the charcuterie was really delicious and fresh. Had a lovely dinner here! The cheesecake was to die for.
We had a lovely lunch here with our friends. We had only the water, but this would be a great spot for a nice glass of wine. We shared a Spanish salad and a charcuterie board. Delicious!! We sat on the patio which was nice. Service was good as well. Highly recommend Bin 22.
Huge foodie over here, I love the idea of tapas because it allows me to try various things and not over stuff myself. The house pulled mozzarella really did it for me!!! The pork belly sliders were also surprisingly amazing. The fried potatoes in their salsa brava OMG SOOOOOOO GOOD!!!
Stopped by for HH drinks per local recommendations. Was not disappointed!Staff: Terrific! They hustled behind the bar but offered friendly & prompt service. Atmosphere: elegant & classy. Perfect for date night or meet-ups with friends. Everyone's food around us looked amazing (we weren't hungry during this visit). It took all my restraint not to ask others nearby if I could take photos of their tapas. Would definitely return & and I'm glad our downtown wanderings brought us to this establishment. Would highly recommended!
The best tapas restaurant + wine bar in Jackson Hole to grab a bite to eat & enjoy some wine ✨ 📍Bin22 - Jackson, WY This trip was one for the books & I couldn’t have enjoyed myself more. At this point, stopping at Bin22 is tradition and mustn’t be missed. I highly recommend getting a charcuterie board, where you can pick your meats & cheeses. Here’s what’s on our 3x3 ⬇️ MEATS: ✨ Spanish Chorizo ✨ Jamon Serrano ✨ Prosciutto CHEESES: ✨ Manchego ✨ Prima Donna ✨ Cabra Al Vino We also ordered the Patatas Bravas which is fried potatoes with salsa brava and a paprika aioli. Those were delicious and exactly what we needed before wine tasting. Make sure you SAVE this post for where to eat in Jackson Hole 🤠 #wheretoeat #jacksonholewyoming #charcuterieboard #bin22 #visitjacksonhole
Came here for a special occasion while visiting family in the area, we were really impressed by food quality of this place. Definitely stop here for a meal, a drink, or a snack. They don’t take reservations so we showed up a bit on the early side for dinner and were seated at the bar. Service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere was awesome - felt a bit like we were in Spain somewhere while also definitely still in Jackson Hole. For wine, I’m no expert at all but I ordered the sauvignon blanc which was fantastic and paired nicely with the seafood and chicken dishes we ordered. Most of the wines on the menu were from France. We ordered a large array of tapas. I think our favorite was the Paella. There was a perfect blend of fresh seafood (surprising given the location in Wyoming) and rice with a little bit of spice and acid which brought out the flavors really well. The ricotta burrata toast was also delicious. It also had a nice combination of spicy and salty flavors with tasty local honey. The house pulled mediterranean mozzarella was also fantastic - it almost felt a bit like a Greek salad served with fresh toasted bread. The chicken pintxos was delicious! It was a bit on the oily side but the chicken was really well marinated and cooked. The only thing here is it was tough to eat the chicken off the skewer on top of the bread. Finally, the only dish we were slightly disappointed with was the cucumber gazpacho. I think there needed to be some bread with it to soak up the acidity, but it was still tasty! Overall, a really great spot in Jackson! Not a tourist trap and while pricey, the food is delicious and wine selection is large. It’s definitely worth stopping here.
We stopped in for a late dinner about 40 mins before they closed and they happily seated us (thank you!!). We ordered burgers and a chicken pot pie and everything was delicious, we cleaned our plates! I highly recommend the BBQ Burger, it was perfect
