SMH don't get me started Google for real. Anyone wants to know come see me in person but if I was smart I would remember that I was told by the housekeeper when I first got here that the two people that had occupied my room before me had died. How do you confirm that? Just like me though to prove that I'm different...SMH it is easier to hang with folks that expect nothing from me but go right ahead and take it. Witnessing human beings treat other human beings as I have I wonder how I got where I'm sitting and there is no single answer so rather than qualify as crazy wondering I've stopped wondering. Oh yeah I was supposed to comment on the place I've been for close to 2 years...good and bad but if I didn't have good health insurance and 16 years of nursing experience I would really be concerned.

Great service the place is old but great for the weekly rate

Absolutely Terrible!! Bathroom door don't close and the sink didn't drain water completely after washing hands, front door barely lock. Smells like Urine. They charge more than Motel 6. Towels were clean and white, which is great.

So it's not bad and the management are very nice shout out to Dan. He was very on top of making sure the place is safe. Laid back atmosphere. This place is older so don't expect top of the line. But if you don't mind a little pa4⁴tina we'll the price will probably reel you in.

Weekly rate great; the management is easy going; most have been here for a bit so they are their our little community; Cameras every where so I feel safe; I'm not a person that complains about taking care of my own "home" so when staff don't knock everyday I'm relieved and at peace; any concerns addressed; great cable; they don't stress over pets unless they are loud; call before coming they will gladly answer 24/7

I unfortunately had to visit here due to a 'friend' of my Boyfriends needing to go see their s/o. Needless to say, this place is an overpriced dump! I talked to one of the, "residents," there (she was extremely sweet 🙃), & she relayed to me that she and her 'roommate' pay anywhere from (all depends on which day of the week it is, there are weekly rates, idk that those are), $80/day to $120/day. Absolutely ridiculous considering the area it's in. The only reason I am rating it '⭐⭐' is because the rooms are set up like 1 bedroom apartments and comes with a full kitchen, separate bedroom, separate full bath, & a living area.

The manager James was awesome, so was April the cleaning lady. Other than that, no good. The place is super run down and the owner is a crook.. $440 a week and that was WITH $100 discount because the room smelled like dog. I guess they cleaned it up a lot from what it USED to be (as far as clientele and visitors) but we still had five or six cop cars here the other day (looked like a DV situation). At least the atmosphere here is now pretty quiet and laid-back most of the time.

They said the $20 deposit would go on my debit card and it never did. Paid $80 for a tiny room that smelled like pee, the tub doesn’t drain and the shower head doesn’t work. Brown weird goo on shower ceiling. I definitely got ripped off.
