Angelica,Michelle, and Gloria are awesome. The park is beautiful. Bar area is fun. Park was very quiet after dark. The owner Marty was as nice as they come. Never had owner of park call personally to make sure my stay was up to par before. These guys go all out to make sure you have a great stay. I’ve never stayed anywhere better for sure.
Definitely has potential. The food at the food truck was amazing! Hand made burgers and the wings were the best ever. Prices are comparable to anyone else and not over priced like some resorts. Definitely going back. Great view and great friends.
This is our first visit to Biloxi Bay. It will NOT be our last. We are enjoying ourselves. The scenery, amenities most especially the staff are all great. They greeted us as we entered the park. Provided us with our pass and gave directions. Just a great experience.
As most of the reviews here reflect if a bar and alcohol is your priority you might be satisfied here. However, if you’re looking for a place that enforces rules such as speed limits, quiet time hours (music so loud that you can hear it inside your RV way past 10 pm), unsupervised children driving around the campground on golf carts (rules say you must be a licensed driver), bath houses that have water and functioning laundry facilities you should probably look elsewhere.
The only rule that they actually enforce is their cancellation policy. Even when their facility doesn’t meet expectations based on their website.
So noisy and so many loud speeding vehicles that the couple traveling with us asked to move across the road because it was waking up their small children.
There is no beach area. There is a very small area for launching a kayak. The lazy river is small with very few floats. The pool area is nice, but is filled with unsupervised children.
Management is unprofessional, specifically Angelica. Staff isn’t appropriately trained. Spend your money elsewhere!
Our first time staying at this place and wasn’t at all impressed. They are under construction and list a lot of activities that aren’t usable like the splash pad only one bathroom is usable all others under construction. They say they have a beach area but it is only a place to launch a kayak, very small. We had loud music after hours and people driving way too fast around campsites. We were traveling with small children. There rules even say no one is permitted to operate a golf cart without a driver license. There were kids probably as young as 10 yrs old operating these carts. So we were going to cut our stay short and called office to see if we would be refunded if we left early. We were told yes, so we called another campground and reserved a spot to move to. When we call back for refund, we talked to someone different and said that wouldn’t be possible. After another conversation or two to get to the co-owner, Marty, he told us basically it didn’t matter about our problems, that we could get a credit to use within a year if we wanted to. I told him with how this all transpired, that I would never come here again and would never get anymore of my money. If an employee tells a customer something that is against policy by mistake , I believe it should be honored.
This place is still mostly under construction. A lot still needs done. But they tell you that before you book here. Only one shower building with two showers total are usable right now. One is completely closed off and the other’s AC is out. The grass needs cut and drainage needs work. The picnic tables are small. The bar closes when it rains. On to the positives: the wifi is better here than any other park we’ve ever been too. The two showers that are open are very clean and usable. The washing machines are very nice. Most of the staff is friendly. The only rude one I talked to was the lady that answered the phone after hours at like 6:30PM, she didn’t want to answer questions or help at all. Anyway, There are lots of golf carts to rent at and very fair price. When the park is finished, I think it will be nice as long as they maintain it. This place does however give me more campground vibes than RV resort. Nothing wrong with that, just wasn’t expecting it.
Very nice park. Great pool and lazy river. Bar area was nice with great view of bay. Very relaxing atmosphere. Restrooms at pool/bar area were suoer clean and modern. Friendly staff at office and bar. This park has a lot of potential when finished. Overall, nice park, roomy concrete sites with patios. Concrete access roads. Well laid out marked sites. Needs landscaped. It's not full luxury yet, but it could be when done. They are still under construction in places, but there were no issues for us. Stayed 5 nights 35' class A We would come back..
I think this rv resort has potential, but I don't think we will return. A positive was the beach house area. Wow! There is a great food truck and plenty of places to sit. The free hot dogs on the 4th were great. Also, the fireworks show on the 4th was really nice and we also had a perfect (distant) view of the fireworks on Biloxi Beach across the bay. Also, the sites were in good condition and spacious. However, there are several negatives. Restrooms were often not clean. The lazy river has very little shade other than some tables with umbrellas. There was no camp store. The nature trail is a very small walking path with zero shade. The pool by the beach house is packed (to be expected over a holiday weekend) but in no way will this pool be able to handle the crowds once the expansion is complete. Overall, it's a "no" for us, but we did see many families and kids having a blast. I hope that continues to be true.
I started going to Brantley's gym about eighteen months ago and it's been absolutely life changing. I am in the best shape of my life and I owe it all to the gym family that I created there. What makes this gym different is it's smaller, more perso
Stopped in for breakfast on a whim while on vacation here in Biloxi. From the outside it did not look like much, but wow! What a nice place on the inside. Warm and inviting with the smell of brewing coffee and fresh baked empanadas. Wife and I sp
