We really enjoyed this stop after snorkeling all morning. Wasn’t busy which was surprising with the oyster quality. Salty and fresh. We stuffed our faces. Will definitely come back. Nice road side crab/oyster place, standard dollar bill decoration and service was on point. Thanks!

A M A Z I N G ! If y'all ever come to Panama City Beach, y'all HAVE to stop here!! It's not that special of a building. But this place was excellent in every way. Zane was our server, and he was on top of his game! We were a party of 12, and his service for my whole family was great. I ordered the gumbo for an appetizer. I SHOULD'VE ORDERED THE BIG BOWL!!! I had the raw oysters and were of the best quality! Fresh as could be. It was the most delicious gumbo I've had in my life!!! I then ordered a plate of fried shrimp and fish. The shrimp were a tad bit small. But the batter flavor of it was good. I had some of the crab cake as well, and it was superb. Highly recommend this place! But come early, because it gets packed. 6 out of 5 stars!!!!

I had the Grouper P.O.’boy sandwich blacked. The fish was well cooked and well seasoned the bread of the sandwich was very fresh as well. Overall the bread was a little big for the sandwich so I ate just the fish which was very tasty! The french fries are home made and very delicious as well! The beer is super cold which is awesome because it was a very hot day and the service was very very good. I would say this place is overall very good for the dive bar atmosphere it provides and I would go back as well!

I first ate at Billy’s a couple of years ago while on vacation, and it was so delicious that my husband went the very next night. That says a lot when picking out where we are going to eat for dinner is a big deco while on vacation!! We are in Panama City this week, and had to go eat at Billy’s! It didn’t disappoint in anyway. They move down the wait list quickly, the service is great, and the food is DELICIOUS!! If you want a good sea food meal while on vacation in Panama City Beach and don’t want to take your chances, go to Billy’s. It’s a sure thing! I love their oysters and the crab cake appetizer is phenomenal.

Stopped in at dinner time..wide open but its off season. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but plenty of seating and staff was very welcoming. Baked Oysters were very good as were our BBQ shrimp and Crab and Shrimp salad. Average beer selection of draft and bottles. Service was great, all in all worth a stop.

Tried the fried lobster. Who's it was fried whole and not in pieces! It was tasty, but couldn't really taste the lobster. Husband like the gumbo! I had the oyster stew. The soup was not very flavorful and the oysters were rather raw and no firmness as all. I had to add a lot of S & P and hot sauce for flavor. Good bloody Marys and good service!

Monday night in July and the place was rockin...the building might be best described as 'vintage', but the food will be described as delicious. The Lobster Bisque will tease your taste buds, as will the crab baked lobsters. The Billy's combo platter will hit your seafood platter checkoff list. Dont let the building fool ya. These folks know how to cook.

We went in to eat almost closed so the corn was old..the coleslaw.. but grouper was delish His crab claws were good But lacking some kick But I'm Asian so it could be a thing One app one plate 1 beer 1 soda 65 dollars Em well it's the beach and we are local Would we recommend Probably a good sub for Dusty's or another super packed seafood place
