Billy Club - New American restaurant in Buffalo - 228 Allen St, USA

We stayed in Buffalo, NY, for a night and had dinner at Billy Club. I thought I was going to another average bar food, but NO! I would give it ten stars if there were more options. Red snapper & risotto paired so well, and I also had delicious Spanish wine. My husband’s duck breast dish made me regret not ordering it. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The only downside is that we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Other than that, it was such a pleasant visit. We all LOVED our dish!

Every bite was AMAZINGLY delicious!!! The atmosphere alive and happy! The staff warm and attentive. Honestly one of the BEST no THE BEST tastings I have EVER had!! THANK YOU

Such a good dinner! We were passing thru Buffalo and stumbled on this gem. Might be the best summer salad I’ve had. Great gazpacho, crab fritters and scallops followed by a cherry tart dessert. Good wine and interesting cocktails. Cool vibe, I almost felt hip myself…

We went to Billy Club last night. It was awesome. The best meal I can remember having out in a long time. Everything was perfectly executed, food and cocktails. In both categories we had some complex options. I highly recommend the mussel tartine. Very complex dish with a lot of different textures and flavors all working together. A lot riding on all parts being perfect in order for it to work, and it was exceptional. Scallop/brussel sprouts the same. Cooked perfectly, balanced perfectly. Execution on everything we had was 💯. Service was great too. Very attentive without being in your face. Timing on food courses was right on as well. They even gave my wife a congratulations card (on her new job) at the end of the meal. Very nice touch! We left very impressed with all aspects of our experience.

One of my favorite places to eat in Buffalo. The staff is warm and professional at the same time. The bourbon selection is superb. The food is scratch made and award worthy. Long live Billy Club.

My wife and I had dinner for her birthday tonight and I cannot even begin to say how amazing the experience was. We love local restaurants and for some reason had never been to Billy Club before. You have to try this place! The atmosphere was fantastic, just right Allentown vibe for any occasion. Our waiter was very helpful. He really knew the menu. Loved explaining the drinks and answered all our food questions. He took a ton of pride in the menu, I almost thought he might be an owner, he was that good. Can’t even explain how good the chef is. All of the food was amazing, and the Steak was honestly the best steak we had ever had. I’m not exaggerating, I really mean the best steak ever and we have been to a lot of great restaurants over the years. It was prepared with a beat chimchurri (spelling?) garnish, mushrooms, and potatoes. The flavors were out of this world and unlike we have ever had before. We will definitely be going back to try more dishes. Give this place a try! You will not be disappointed. Thanks for a great evening!

Almost everything is scratch made, great service. nice dim lighting. dishes were creative and presented artistically. fantastic roasted carrots. all the food we tried was great. The texture of the gnocchi was fantastic. Been coming here for years, one of the best in Buffalo. High quality.

Food was really good. Had the tuna appetizer and the pork collar special (love when you see these kinda cuts) it came with shishito peppers and charred plums. The drinks were great, especially the special Bourbon one, but it seems like the owner gave the bartender strict instructions to use a measure!
