They also serve hot boba milk tea. I asked for mine without additional sugar, but it still was quite sweet. So if you like your tea sweet, but not too sweet, you might try less sugar options. Enjoy 😊

My sis & I were craving Boba this weekend so I went to "local franchise" Boba spot. Big straw has several locations in Ventura County. Ventura, Camarillo & 2 in Oxnard. Each location has a different vibe, for sure! With that, drinks can differ from each location. I am super stoked that they have cantaloupe here! I also recommend Taro and Thai Tea.

I had the caramel latte and although not great it was good. There’s a boba place in Oxnard that makes the best caramel latte. Anyway, they had lots of flavors that I was interested in trying but maybe some other time.

Great boba in a quaint establishment and very nice employees! Service is fast, they use real fruit and they don't put milk in all their drinks if you dont want it. Tastes like a quality slush with bouncy boba. The menu clearly displays all the options with pictures included. There are many flavor choices and toppings as well. Would definitely come here again whenever im in the area. The parking situation isn't bad because its located in a resturant shopping center. There is also a cute wall displying tiny messages people wrote on sticky notes. Adds a community, homey feel to the shop. Love it!

I went to this place since it is next door to my hotel. It was pretty dirty inside. The girl behind the register told me to wait while she wiped something down and then took my order without making eye contact. I ordered taro milk tea and it came out super quick. It tasted like caramel and was brown. Other places I've been make taro milk tea that tastes like taro milk tea and is purple. I suspect she already had a drink lying around and just gave it to me or this really is just the worst taro milk tea I've ever had. Depressing way to spend $4.50. Go to the bagel shop next door

I went into Boba straw and literally had the worst customer service from xochitl bad attitude no smile just horrible I will never step foot in that place again

Sorry guys, last st two times make my smoothie not good. Just Ice and syrup. Spend 8$ for Ice . Thank you but not comeback
