Bighorn Grill - American restaurant in Las Vegas - 6725 Lee Canyon Rd, USA

I was not impressed by their service. I had ordered my meal before my 2 other family members, and when they got their meals before I did, I wasn’t super worried, however, after maybe about 20 minutes pass by i realized maybe they didn’t see my order number on the table. I go wait in line again and when it was my turn I asked if my food was ready and the girl told me, “ I wouldn’t know, you would have to catch the server to tell you how much time is left for your food”, okay very helpful 🙄, so now I’m playing catch and trying to find a server through the restaurant and when I do I asked if my food was ready by chance (since again, my other family members got their food before me and we ordered similar items) the guy this time tells me “the food comes in the order it comes by”. Now at this time I was left in awe at the terrible help I was given for my missing item. I sat back down at my table, with my order number still, and that same guy comes up to me and says your food order wasn’t placed in the system what did you order. I told him my order and he leaves, now maybe 2 minutes afterwards a different server comes up and says the same thing, and asked me my food order and takes my order number. At this point my family had finished eating and I’m debating on even waiting any longer since after all that my appetite was going away. By then I waited 30-40 minutes in total for my food to actually arrive. The server brings me my food and says “if you want to speak to my supervisor he’s here and you can ask for a refund if you want since you waited long for your food”. I also asked for no onions in my burger, but still got onions. I didn’t want to waste more time there since my family had been waiting for me to finish my meal, so we left. I’m just disappointed at how this went. We had friends join us later and the same happened to them, they ended up having to go up and ask for their food for it to be brought to them. Please do better next time. Otherwise the food was pretty good.

The food here can be hit or miss. Our favorite is the hamburger. That said, the views from their outside patio can't be beat. If you head up to Lee Canyon to escape the Las Vegas valley heat, this is a great spot for food and drinks. We often come up just to have a couple of beers in the summer months.

The environment outside this little restaurant is so nice all the people outside skiing and chilling around the fire but they had the best hot Nashville honey sandwich the tenders were crispy n had so much flavor especially smothered perfectly with honey n their onion rings were crunchy n the batter was just right !! The spicy mayo dipping sauce was a nice touch to the food the fries were crispy and the amount was just enough the western bacon burger was tasty n delicious the baked pot was a little under cooked but had the perfect toppings ! Service was awesome!!

The staff made this place special. Very friendly and warm in a very cold environment please bring a jacket even in summer my face was frozen. On to the meal, the burger was good but the fries were even better. We also got drinks and they were ok canned goods. Ok the scenery is the best part looking at the snowy mountain was my favorite part! Overall, it was an amazing experience with okay food. Just enjoy the moment!

Relaxing time watching people, pets, the mountains, chairlifts, and mountain bikers. We were grateful to have a place like this to visit on a hot Vegas summer day.

If you go to Lee Canyon, you should stop by this amazing place…service is good and the food delicious 🤤

After a hike, enjoyed a cold beverage and a delicious burger with fries. Crisp cool air, friendly happy people all around.
