BIGGBY COFFEE - Coffee shop in Jenison - 7589 Cottonwood Dr suite e, USA

Definitely not coming back here. The first time a few months ago there were issues with SLOW service at the drive thru window and today I went back to give them another chance and nothing has changed. Took my order right away but once I got to the window, waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the window and take payment and then I see 4 workers doing lord knows what and ended up taking 15 minutes to make 4 very simple drinks, one being messed up. No apologies either so I won’t be returning to this location.

This had been our favorite coffee shop for several months until recently. I don't know what changed but it went from speedy and accurate service to wrong order after wrong order. The change happened sometime within the past 2 months and now our order is almost never correct. The last time they messed up the drinks they remade it and gave us a free drink card so I thought we'd try them again today. Well my wife's drink was supposed to have almond milk because she's lactose intolerant and she didn't realize until half way though that something was wrong. Her stomach has been extremely upset since then so they must have used regular dairy despite me twice confirming the almond milk substitute. Very frustrating and we've decided it's time to find someplace new. Hopefully they can figure out what's going on at this location.

This was once my go to Biggby, however the past two months have been the complete opposite. I've had nothing but trouble getting drink orders correctly made and to top it off, they didn't use correct milk in the latest causing GI issues. Can't say I'll be going back to this location anytime soon.

The employees are fantastic! They're always friendly, the service is great, and they'll put together custom concoctions of all sorts for you.

Coffee is usually good, customer service is good, and the atmosphere is ok. I just find it hard to believe with tax, my beverage, a Mint Mocha, extra hot, extra shot, came to $9.19... I'm not sure how I feel about this.

Friendly service. They are always willing to make my special order drinks and do it with a creative flair.

Meh, not my fave bigby, not a fan of them making a big deal of not giving you your order ahead thru window

Don't come here planning to study. Very loud staff. Not comfortable sitting area. Good drinks. Drive through more recommended.
