Expect to spend 30-40 minutes in the drive thru. The fastest visit I've had here in the drive thru was when I was second in line- 15 minutes from order to leave. I don't know what they do in there. The cars in front of me usually have 1-2 items. I only order 1-2 items. I don't get it. We get coupons for literally free food from them all the time and I throw them away because I'd rather not spend half my morning in a drive thru.

It used to be you'd get a bunch of coffee grounds in your coffee. That improved but now the coffee lacks flavor no matter what you get. I ordered an iced mocha caramel yesterday. Tasted like burnt coffee. I then ordered a hot mint mocha this morning and same taste. The wait time is outrageous for how many employees are standing behind the counter. I am so glad the one in dorr is open and the girls actually care to work.

This establishment consistently aligns with the anticipated experience one associates with a visit to Biggby. The quality of their cold brew offerings consistently meets a commendable standard, though it lacks distinctive features that would set it apart from competitors. Similarly, their breakfast sandwiches are palatable, though I refrain from investigating their nutritional content due to potential concerns. In situations where alternative dining options are limited, it remains a respectable choice.

Updating my review because unfortunately I keep coming to this location knowing the service I’ll get is so mixed. I love that I order a drink one day, it gets made how it’s supposed to be made. Yet I order the same $7 drink another day and it is made without any of the whipped cream or toppings it’s supposed to have. I question it and I’m scoffed at by an employee and told no, it doesn’t come on it. Are you kidding me? I’m not one to be mad about a little whipped creme but when you’re selling a pretty pricey drink, you’d think there would be consistency. At this point I’m probably going to drive the extra 20 minutes to Allegan or Plainwell so I don’t get treated like a burden for just wanting something made as advertised.

The barista’s did not acknowledge me in line. I was the third person in line at 8:20 AM this morning. They help the first two people and then ignored me for at least 5 minutes until I decided to turn around and leave. They could’ve said hi and let me know. It would be a few minutes instead they decided to ignore.

The baristas are always nice and try their best to keep everyone happy and satisfied (myself being one) but we all are human and sometimes make mistakes so I apologize for some of these negative reviews. Definitely stop by if you want some amazing drinks 😎😎

Slowest biggby drive thru in existence. It’s not exaggerating when people say to plan for 30 min if you’re in the drive thru even you’re the only one in the drive thru. Coffee is great though and the staff is nice.
