I have to compliment Katie as one of the most hard working, friendly people that I have seen in the retail business in a very long time. No matter how busy they may be she is always friendly, greets you with a smile, and closes with a "drive safe." Thank you Katie for making us all smile!
This Biggby is actually pretty great, the baristas are always friendly, and the drinks always taste great! The problem is the order sign/speaker - it is pretty neglected and has been an issue for quite a while now. It makes hearing my order difficult sometimes which leads to some corrected drinks. This sign/speaker needs fixed. Often there is a paper sign explaining an issue or products listed that aren’t available anymore like the macarons.
I decided to give these guys another try. Normally go to Starbucks, but would rather frequent a "more" local shop, not owned by THE MAN, 'ya know? I tried them out about a year back, but found the coffee just so, so and the workers decidedly unfriendly and impassive. Been in here twice in the past week. Nothings changed . Oh well, back to Starbucks...
The locals only come here to see Katie in action. Without this hard working mother of a beautiful new baby girl, this location wouldn’t be what it is. God bless you Katie!
Best coffee in the country. I travel a lot, and this is by far the best service and coffee I've ever had.
Great drinks, though it's a bit pricey. Drive thru is slow, but they serve customers inside and everyone is understaffed, so it is understandable. Never had a bad experience or incorrect order. Food is great and the baristas are always friendly and try to keep in a good mood when busy! Highly recommend.
It's just a mediocre Biggby.....prices somewhat confusing and so much higher than other Biggby's in Michigan......ridiculous prices for ice coffee
When I say DELICIOUS I mean it!!! Truly great drinks and amazing service. We enjoyed it so much we hunted down another Biggby Coffee along out route. My wife says the Caramel Apple Cider is the best. I enjoyed a creamed London Fog tea. Anyway you go it's so worth it!!
