Biggby Coffee - Coffee shop in Pinckney - 9568 Chilson Rd, USA

UPDATE - I thought I would give this location a second chance at redeeming itself and it failed miserably. The fact I have to butter my own bagel is mind boggling. This time I chose to go through the drive-thru instead of going inside. The sign in the drive-thru states nothing about requesting the barista to smear butter or cream cheese my bagel. I called up to speak with the manager to be told this is “Biggby policy” to just put the packets and plastic butter knife in the baggy. Why am I coming through the drive-thru just to have to pull over and butter my own bagel that I just paid you for? I will be contacting corporate about this. This will be the first time a Biggby location did not receive 5 stars. I refuse to go to Tim Hortons, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Starbucks because the customer service along with their products are just awful. I choose to spend my money with this company because the coffee is worth every penny and usually the customer service is out of this world. Yesterday I stopped into this specific location to order a large frozen cookie butter with mallow added. The young lady at the front seemed bothered to have to take my order and couldn’t care less about the gift I left the store. She didn’t even say thank you which in all honesty kinda hurt. Then she just tossed it aside on the counter instead of putting it somewhere safe to hang up later. I worked hard on that art piece to show my appreciation and gratitude to not only this store, but to the company as a whole. The drink tasted okay and could have been made a lot better. It seemed the focus was more on the drive-thru, rather than all of the customers who visit. This was my first time coming to this location because I had no clue a Biggby existed so close to where I moved. I normally have to drive all the way out to Howell or Brighton area to find a Biggby. I will give this place one more chance and if the service and quality of my drink doesn’t improve, then I will just spend extra money in gas and my time to get the drink I am paying for and that too both customer service this company prides itself in.

My husband and I stopped here to relax and refresh after a 14 mile bike ride on a nearby path. The place was clean, the employees friendly helpful, the drinks very good. I had my typical iced coffee, and my husband a mocha latte. If you like this review, please click on the Helpful button.

This location is always packed, they never have enough employees, the line is constantly wrapped around the building so you're waiting 20 minutes or more for a coffee every time you show up, don't waste your time at this location go to the hartland location where there's never a line and you can get your coffee in 3 minutes

Tried this Biggby again. That manager is gone. All is pleasant here again. This used to be my go to spot for coffee. They used to make a lot of money from just my orders. A couple of weeks ago on a weekday morning, I brought a specific order that was made wrong back to this location. The manager (heavy set Caucasian woman with brown hair)did not want to replace it free of charge, and said she would discount it. Mind you, I brought back the entire coffee. She was clearly bothered and said she made it how it was ordered. When I insisted that it was not me who had ordered my own drink with an additional 2 shots (total of 5) of espresso, she begrudgingly made me another drink. That day, I got sick to my stomach, and almost didn’t make it through the work day. I kept thinking to myself, that I had not changed my routine at all, and I was not sure why I got sick. But I can’t help but to wonder, if something other than my order was added to my drink…will NEVER be returning here again.

The service was amazing ! The ladies are all hard workers and seem very nice !! It’s so nice to see people so happy to be at work and have such good work ethics as a team!!

Great food, good drinks, but they never give me my whole order. They always forget something and any time my mom tries to go here to get a coffee cake muffin they ALWAYS forget it. They also never give receipts. If you call about it because you’re on your way somewhere, they make you jump through hoops, and even then say “well for today we can give it to you but that’s about it” and are very rude on the phone to you.otherwise if you just go back around or drive back up there and tell them-they’ll fix their mistake

Informed girl at window I did not receive my change, she went on to tell me I did, even though I knew I had not. 11.21 to be exact. So when your curious why you received this 1 star, it's because I had no 10.00 bill in my possession after pulling away. 🤔 When that drawer is heavy at shift change remember that's not a tip.

Slow! Slow! Slow!! I sat in the drive-thru line for 6 minutes and it never moved. I had seen a lady walk in as I was driving to the back of the building. When I went inside after my 6min wait, they were just taking her order!! 3 girls were “working” so there was no excuse. I did NOT take out nor did I pay anything, but there aren’t fitting options
