Fast and friendly. I hated being "that guy" but I walked in early on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened with a fairly large order. The barista had everything prepped and ready and she filled my order quickly and correctly. Top notch all the way!
I "used" to get a Carmel Marvel with at times extra shot of espresso which is expensive and at the time to I got my LAST beverage there there was ALWAYS whole milk I find that skim/low fat to me is nasty,if I'm going all out on a unhealthy expensive sometimes 6-$7 for a large beverage I WANT WHOLE MILK!!! other than that I never experienced issues with the workers and they seem to operate within parameters,but the owner of the franchise should be at the counter for once,I almost every morning used to come in at opening.. Instead let's get the 17yr old to open,I find that sad and pathetic,maybee I'll come in to see if whole milk is being served, the Carmel Marvel be pushing $10 by then!!!
Madison & Hannah are the best!! They always make my coffees perfectly and they never disappoint. Give them both raises. They sure deserve it!
Great experience today! Went in today about 7pm . We had the best experience. The staff was quick with our order and chatted for a min about the trivia for the day! Love the Monroe Bigby!
I ordered online and my order was ready quickly. I ran in, grabbed it and was on my way in minutes. Very convenient and no problems at all. The store was very clean with seating for those that want to sit in. I'm happy there is a Biggby close by!
So far, I've tried pumpkin spice, snickerdoodle, and cinnabuzz latte (in order). Always clean, good service, and fast.
