Wonderful service. I have been coming here a couple times a month since it opened. I have found the staff to be really nice. I have a tendency to be indecisive sometimes and they give me no grief. The coffees are good and I found the Bragel to be very filling.
During my visit I was met with amazing staff and had amazing food and coffee! This place is a gem! I was met with bright smiles, polite and informative staff. The food was savory and delicious. The latte I had put me over the moon! I'll be back for sure thank you all for the grade A experience!!!
Always have a great experience here. I came tonight a few minutes past close (google maps gave me a wrong closing time) but Mike was kind enough to serve my friend and I anyways. I appreciated it very much and will be back for sure. Cold brew is always amazing, thank you.

The staff here are amazing! They have such a cheery disposition and positive attitudes. Plus, the coffee is PHENOMENAL! Honestly, I'll probably start making this my regular go-to coffee place.
I don't hate Starbucks, but thier coffee has always tasted a bit burnt and it's not very consistent. Biggby's has great tasting coffee and I don't have to special order anything to make it palletable.
I highly recommend the Spotted Owl. Both hot or cold. It's my favorite so far.
Finally tried this new little drive thru coffee spot off Southport Road. I got a large hot Americano for myself and my wife got a hot salted carmel latte. It's not a gourmet coffee shop by any means, and anyone thinking a small location like this could deliver that has unreasonable expectations, but we really enjoyed our drinks. Staff was friendly. I would go back and try something different to get a better feel of their coffee menu.
WAAY overpriced but excellent, friendly service and their drinks easily have starbucks beat! If I'm thinking of spending too much on a single coffee drink Biggby has my business! Would be nice if they added a park bench/ porch swing or two on one of their easements.
