We're not in this area very often, but when we are, we make it a point to stop here. The staff are all so incredibly nice and helpful. There was one instance when my drink wasn't made correctly. When I talked to the manager, they were extremely apologetic and refunded my entire order, not just the wrong drink. In our experience, this location is usually very busy on the weekends. So, if you want to grab a cuppa at this location before heading out or before an appointment, leave early.

Stood there waiting for my coffee while 3 of the employees were to busy talking and playing on there phones, had to ask if my coffee was done yet, girls could do better instead of being tangled in their phones. The one girl who was the only one cleaning up after all of them kuddos to you for going above and beyond for your job.
It took over 25 min to get 2 drinks with 4 people working. Not sure if the machines were broken, but they should have given a heads up before ordering. I would’ve left, if I hadn’t already paid. No employees even acknowledging everyone waiting for their drinks. After all that time the drinks were mediocre, which is a shame because I know Biggby can be better.
We come in here daily. It's pretty bad when a manager knows a customer's voice when she calls because someone forgot expresso AGAIN. when you spend this amount daily for coffee, you expect it to be HOT and taste like coffee.
Ordered a frozen Mocha Carmel with no whip it's a runny version of a slush. We frequent this biggby and never have we been so disappointed. Service was extremely slow and not friendly at all.
They allowed my sister to try something before she ordered. The size was like a kids size just for a taste, which was really cool.
This place is great, it has its days but overall is amazing all the time. Love the people and the quality of my drinks and food.
