BigFoot Java - Espresso bar in Sumner - 20709 WA-410, USA

Every time I come to this location it takes them forever to make my Redbull. The line is always long and slow because they take so long to make a drink. Today there were 5 people working and it still took 15 minutes to get 2 flavored Red Bulls.

You would think wow long lines at both windows all the time this place must be great right? Quite the opposite actually! This place has the slowest service you could ever imagine along with horrible listings skills and even worse ability to make coffee. My wife and I have learned to avoid this place over the past three years we’ve lived in area. Only coming when we don’t want to drive down to Summer. Once spilling my wife’s coffee on her from the window because the lid wasn’t on it all the way and still made her pay for the coffee. Almost always unable to make a simple drip coffee with steamed cream 5 sugars. Either forgetting the cream all together or the sugar. Then to wait 10 plus minutes per car is just crazy for this less than mediocre coffee. I have to say I believe the problem is unique to this one location as all others I love to get coffee from and my regular location is the best of all in Sumner off hwy167 before 410.

Just wow. Literally go there every day sometimes twice. And tip always. Sometimes over 20%. But THERE cars machine is messing up and instead of working with me or letting me get the drinks I ordered they made me give them back. I go to my bank not even 3 minutes after I leave them and wola turns out it was THERE machine having problems not my card or my account. I work in customer service and the way they wouldn’t work with me when it wasn’t even MY card that was the issue is jus disgusting. If I were in there shoes I would of let the customer have the drinks ($11 worth) paid for it myself and kept a regular knowing they’d come back everyday like they do and would pay it forward the next day. Just disgusted with every lady in there. Just wow! Never going back.

It's all drive-through, and the women that work here are extremely helpful and kind and are truly Artist of their craft. I usually am unsure about what to get so I usually ask to get the white on white blended and to surprise me with the flavors and I can honestly say I am never disappointed with the drink concoctions they create. 10/10

Staff has gone downhill and same with drinks..ordered a liquid sunset and idk what I got. Wasn't in the mood to change it for I'd been waiting for 10 min already...oh and they deleted my account. Lol still have the card to prove I had one....won't be back.

These ladies here are super awesome! So sweet, helped me pick the perfect flavors with my daily Red Bull! Keep killing it ladies you really make a difference in someone’s day!

In the middle of a gas station parking lot, slowest place I’ve ever been. This is my third time and last. If you want to spend a half an hour behind two cars waiting for a coffee, then this is your spot!

Came here 3 times so far and every single time the girls are super nice and always smiling. This last time I forgot to order a drink and after I received my order the girl still served us with such a positive attitude. Keep up the awesome work girls . You are doing amazing 🤩
