Nice large spots for the rv. Polite neighbors. Hot tub never did work. One bathroom is always locked, another has trouble locking. Higher priced laundry machines. Management was very responsive when we had an issue with laundry machine.

Disappointed as we wanted to make use of the hot tub. We asked before booking and when we arrived if it was working - they said yes. Later that day they said it wasn't working and hadn't for a few days while they waited for a part. Showers were not warm, otherwise seemed safe, with many long term rentals.

Spot on at Big Spot! We had driven 3,000 miles across America in our RV and stayed at a lot of places, this was now our final day and we had found the best RV Park of them all. Linda and Marlene were great and really helpful. The whole place was just immaculate, the Laundry, the Rest rooms and showers were fantastic. Oh and the swimming pool!! They even put on a stunning sunset. Do not miss this place!

Stayed here a month. Very clean and the spots are BIG. The WIFI was the best we've ever experienced at an RV park and we work remotely so this was a huge bonus. They have a secure entry, pool, hottub, and a private fishing pier a short walk directly across the street. The cable tv was fuzzy and never improved and that's really my only criticism but the wifi made up for it. Mix of folks and some full timers and contract plant/electrical workers. The location close enough to things you need and Noah's Ark restaurant close by is right on the water and very decent prices with daily specials. 👌

Excellent rv camp ground. We got there Monday and left today, Thursday. Very clean. Very nice concrete pads wide enough to park next to your camper. We have a class C and tow a Jeep Wrangler. Plenty of space. Full hookups for campers. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Daily, weekly, or monthly rates. Plenty of sites at this time of year. I bet this place fills up in the summer. Definitely recommend and yes, we will be back here. Well, came back last Monday. Stayed till Friday morning. Another excellent stay. Still stand by my first post about this place. We stay here and drive to Texas City dike to fish. Last day here, we went out on the parks peir and fished. Nice set up they have. Enjoyed ourselves again. Will be back.

About seven months ago I decided to go to the rv life I chose the San Leon location,Ms Sam the property manger was awesome she help me in so many ways. If you are looking for a nice quiet park San Leon location is the place. Try it you will love it!!!

My friends have their Rv here. Very nice place. Plenty of room a pool laundry room. Concrete paradise with a fishing pier.

Great place for short or long term stay. Well priced for surrounding area. Pool is well maintained and clean. They have plenty of laundry and bathrooms as well as a nice community room for cooking or entertainment. Great staff who are very helpful and if you have any issues just let them know. They will do their best to address the issue. If you stay do your part in letting staff know about trouble makers to keep it more safe and friendly for everyone.
