I've been talking to Griffin for a while and even though he wasn't going to be there the day I was coming, he told me to ask for James. He was helpful, professional and friendly. I purchased and was out within minutes! I'll definitely be back. Many thanks to both Griffin and James..

My 1st visit was greeted by Mr.Jacob, he was readily available to assist me with any and every question about various ranges. He spent about a hour with me to include printing pics with lengthy descriptions about various ranges. His expertise and hands on approach, accompanied by his professionalism were both recognizable and amazing. I was so impressed with his customer etiquette that I decided to return the following day and purchase one of the ranges. Upon my entry for my second visit to Big Sandy's I was met by a salesman named Drew, he was on point! I immediately asked for Mr. Jacob! Drew stated that he was not in today. Although I was disappointed that I couldn't do business with Mr Jacob Drew ensured me that he would take good care of me. Drew provided valued input and knowledgeable recommendations. He had a wonderful demeanor and a pleasant, patient attitude and did exactly what he said he would. These two Super Salesman provided exemplemery service that turned my head and made me take notice! Big Sandy's stood behind these two words: "Customer Satisfaction"!

Jesse was the absolute best! Excellent customer service! I love the sectional I received. He kept me informed of my delivery and reached out if there was anything else I needed. Will definitely recommend this store and him to others.

Jason has helped us many times and always finds us what we are looking for. The furniture we bought has lasted us several years already. He helped us find the right kitchen appliances that fit perfectly with our unique kitchen. Delivery has always went smooth. Going back soon to replace our TV.

Griffin met us at the front door, greeted us and asked questions to understand what we wanted. Before showing us the furniture we were interested in he showed us how the three levels of furniture were constructed and pointed out the differences. He showed us around always asking questions and not selling but giving us options. After we decided on furniture, he explained the options for discounts and deliveries and walked us through the process. This is our second great experience at Big Sandy. It was a truly great experience.

I really hate buying expensive things that I need, and we needed a new mattress. That said, Big Sandy's and Dan our sales representative made it a wonderful experience. Dan was extremely knowledgeable about all the products, asked all the right questions and gave us plenty of space when we needed it. It was our 1st stop in the night, after all that Dan had done and 3 stops later we returned to Big Sandy's because our experience at the other 3 stores did not come close to knowledgeable and overall experience provided by Dan and Big Sandy's. They definitely earned my future business!

Excellent customer service. I went into the store just beginning to look into replacing my electric range with a gas one. I was greeted by Hani, a customer service representative that took the time, and interest in finding out exactly what I wanted in a range. I had not purchased a range in several years, and there are a lot of new features available. Hani showed me several makes and models. We discussed country of origin, reliability, features, and life expectancy, all before I settled on a GE Range. I did not intend to purchase that night, but Big Sandy is willing to price match, they offer an extended service plan, free delivery, and customer service that has been all but lost to time. I am very happy with my purchase, and will return when it is time to replace other appliances. The whole process, I'd say, was akin to buying a car, without the test drive, of course. Mrs. Barbara were a great customer saleswoman, from the time my husband and I walked into Big Sandy's to the time we submitted our online application. Mrs. Barbara waited and helped us out and would not leave our side's until we figured out exactly what we wanted, she's a great assess to your team and her professionalism are hard to come by..
