My friends and I ate here last night and were very happy with everything. The host were very welcoming and attended to us as soon as we walked in. We sat on the patio outside and our server Chris was great! We all ordered the truffle fries and the garlic mayo was so good. I’m a fan of in house made condiments and I’d go back just to eat more of it. I had the Unami Bomb. At first I asked if I could build my own burger and it was pretty much the same except add arugula and throw the mushrooms into the meat. I was very pleased but got full mainly off the fries. I’ll definitely be coming back. Very friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed.

The food, the service, and the atmosphere were all phenomenal! Generous proportions! I love the combinations of flavors. My burger had fig jam, white truffle, and pecorino cheese!!! So so delicious! Their dishes are the kind that keep you thinking about them long after they are gone! If you haven’t been, do not sleep on this place! Get there ASAP! You won’t be sorry!

I was warned the portions were generous, so I tried to order appropriately. I failed. I ordered the Hot "N" Hot Chicken sandwich with a side of Truffle Garlic Fries. It was not overly spicy (a bit expected with the name). It brought just the right amount of heat for me. The fries were also great, I loved thr balamce of flavors and the strong garlic hit. Even though I had skipped breakfast, I could not finish my sandwich or my fries, although I tried. Other folks had burgers and such, all had good reviews. I left full and happy!

We like Big Orange's burgers, fries and salads. And we like their casual atmosphere. Seems lots of people do. They were VERY busy when we dropped by last time, so we weren't surprised by the wait for our food. It was worth it. We enjoyed the meal so much that we didn't save room for dessert. We will rectify that on the next visit.

We visited this location on a Saturday, early evening. The wait for a table was long, but understandable considering the area, day and time; however, we waited quite a while for our waitor and even longer for our food. I ordered the Delta Blue - cooked well done - the burger was super dry, so I asked for extra sauce (red pepper jelly)...it didn't help. I will say that the blue cheese was perfect. The right amount of flavor and it did not overpower the burger - both the red onion and lettuce were fresh. I also ordered the house fries with BOB sauce. My fries were super dry... small bits and pieces that were hard on the outside and dry on the inside - like getting the bottom of the bag fries at a fast food drive thru. We were not charged for the fries - Our waitor was super nice and attentive. The person with me ordered the avocado smash Turkey burger and sweet potato fries - these fries were waffle fries and came with a Curry ketchup... which is surprisingly very good. My friend had no complaints. Although I cannot speak for her burger, I did help her eat the sweet potato waffle fries which were cooked to perfection.

In the pictures I uploaded you can see how funky and dirty yall have become. The walls and service area's are nasty and need cleaning. If the front looks that bad how bad is the kitchen?? Very disappointed

Second review: tried this place again... Burgers were good but barely warm (it's like our burgers sat in the back for awhile). We had to wait 30 minutes after we ordered with no one, literally no one else in the place, to get our burgers and that's after we asked another staff member about them. Order was correct but came out at odd times for the drinks and appetizers and the server didn't refill our drinks for 20 minutes. Appetizers were way too salty. Staff was friendly though. First review: Burgers are good, especially for specialty burgers. Order has been messed up a few times but always fixed quickly. Staff is friendly.

Reagan hooked it up! She makes the meanest shakes in town. Stopped by for a quick chocolate shake n I was blown away by how delicious it is. Will definitely be coming back for more. Got the PB & Chocolate shake. Would 10/10 recommend
