I like the BigLots in our town, the staff is always friendly, they keep the store well organized and as clean as a busy store can possibly kept. They also have great deals on a lot of things and coupons often arrive in the enail- many times their coupons are stackable AND of course- they do give Military Discount.
Clean and well stocked. Good prices, but, better with the friends and family coupons for 20% off. Good for the essentials.
I was disappointed when I arrived and was told that they didn't sell mattresses at this time of day, 7pm. Kristine, the cashier, as nice enough to call manager, John, to the front so I could at least inquire about the size and style I wanted. John was sure that the mattress that u was interested in was not on the floor so they didn't have any. However he went the extra mile and checked in the back. Guess what? He found one! I was so happy he checked so o didn't have to drive to Tucson or pay shipping to have it delivered. Kristine held with an issue with it coupon code with our account. Thanks for taking the extra steps both of you.
I love these stores. However, they sent out a 3 day black Friday ad. About recliners. I called the company. To see where I could purchase these, they had no chairs available. To me this is false advertisement. This is very upsetting.
Great prices on food products. Friendly service. Lawn and outdoor furniture reasonable. Housewares and clothing. They ask if you would like a members card for discounts and offers. If you join at check out it takes a minute or less. Members also get a coupon for 15% on a birthday. Sundays are a greay day to shop!
