Great prices on their items. The staff were nice. The store was pretty messy and not really organized. Either way I will still shop there.
They had alot of great gifts this year for the Christmas season and also lots of good gift giving candy. I like big lots because most of their stuff i would buy and put in my apartment. And the prices are always reasonable.
This store is ok but the only problem I have with it is that the workers are always watching u. They think that we don't notice them follow us thru the aisles. What they don't see is that by the end of our shopping spree, my husband and I leave with like 2 or 3 bags. Sooooooooo, if I wanted to steal something do u really think I would spend $40 to $50 every time? Pay attention to the people that are actually stealing. My husband and I won't be spending that kind of money there anymore.

Very helpful staff who spent time helping us look for what we wanted. He even voluntarily went into the stock area to check if he could find exactly what we wanted.
My wife placed an order online for an item and despite the fact that the store was busy with Christmas shoppers, when I arrived an hour or two later the item was ready for pickup. The cashier was quick and friendly. A great experience over all. I also got my wife a couple of cute Christmas gifts as an impulse buy at checkout. Shhh. Don't tell her :) 🎁 Merry Christmas everyone!
Agatha was very rude when being asked any questions at the register. she has a nasty attitude. Store was overall stocked pretty good but customer service wasn’t great.
