First time coming here to purchase a desk I was helped by this bigger guy with glasses in furniture very poor attitude from the start from me asking questions about the product to him trying to help me dollie it out the store he stood outside while I pulled up my car and gave me attitude and was like “really” mind u it fit perfectly in my car and I left l. Never understood why such horrible service from the employee I was really nice to him from the jump.
I'm very upset how the manager treated me There was Computer paper signs taped too shelves that said patio and outdoor 90% off so when I grabed items The manager said those items are not 90% off Only the items that Has the piece of paper on the shelves So I went and grabbed thosr items that the paper was in front of and he again said no, those are not 90% off those r mistakes,So he went back on his word Of what he just told me. So I asked, do you guys not Honor the price that You guys posted and it and in the end all he Gave me was 2 items And said no I won't do anymore with the percentage off. And I feel that I'll missed out on items That I could have also still gotten because he said they were on sale. I didn't even honestly get to finish shopping regularly Aside from the discount aisle because of how he treated me.He couldn't keep his Explanation straight and he was very rude. And then he was taking down the signs and crumpling them up in front of me and taking them off the shelves.
Everything was good except for you have to pay a quarter to use the shopping cart but the people who work there gave me $0.25 so it's all good it's because of all the homeless people taking the shopping carts we should have never defunded the police now the criminals are trying to take over and we have to pay for the stuff that they do because people want to defunded the police 🚨

Big place, seems clean and organized. Only came foe 1 thing and didn't really look around. I know BigLots always has things I need at a different brands and lower prices.
