Big Lots - Discount store in Sumter - 1121 Broad St, USA

Store was well organized & the staff was very friendly. The assistant store manager Ryan extremely helpful when asked about a sectional I was considering purchasing. Thanks for the excellent customer service. Keep up the good work. 😊

Been there probably 5 times in the last 3 months to get "Bear Creek Darn Good Chili Mix", they never have it, always out of stock, have to go to other Big Lots, strange how they can restock this item.

By far the best Big Lots store I have ever visited. A very clean, well stocked, and well organized store. You don't feel cramped or claustrophobic and you can easily scan the shelves to see all they offer. Staff are very friendly and helpful. And, as expected, the prices are pretty good too! P.S. Christmas is a week away and they already have Chriatmas items for 50% or more off. Now is a good time to stock up for next year!

Went here for the first time today, and the only disappointing thing was not finding this place sooner!! Excellent customer service 👏 can't beat the prices 👍 store was well organized and the variety was astounding!!!! Bought a splash play center, price was marked @ 44.99 and I paid half that!! Y'all in telling you if you haven't been to big lots before atleast go check it out 😊

Store was well stocked and not too busy. Staff here was friendly too. Lots of parking.

Great store, they have LOTS of stuff to choose from and clearance stuff to peruse. Groceries to furniture. The recliners were a tad expensive but I had just missed a BIG sale so that was on me. Friendly employees and the store was clean and uncluttered. I hit it up often for whatever

Went to buy a food processor. There was a sign up that said 50% off small appliances right in front of the blenders. The black and decker food processor did not ring up half off. Even the cashier was surprised. When she asked a supervisor about it, the lady said, "If it Ain't ring up on sale, it ain't half off." When asked about the sign , she replied that it was certain merchandise. But there was nothing on the signage that said that. The supervisor was particularly very rude and had no good customer service skills at all. The cashier was very nice and helpful.

We always have a good experience when going here! Tonight, one employee, Justin I think his name was, was extremely helpful! & helped us save over $90+! Those are the kind of employees that make us want to go back to these stores. He was kind, helpful, and showed us many examples of what would work. Even though it was 30 mins to closing. Thank you!!
