Big Lots - Discount store in Glendale - 6660 W Cactus Rd Ste A110, USA

I love that they have a little bit of everything. We went looking for a couch and they actually had several that were very nice and affordable. You can get household essentials in one area and food to pet supplies in others. Always one of my favorite stores.

Ordered a child recliner for my Grandson online, got the email confirmation that they received my order and was working on it and email stated they would send me another email once my order was ready. I never got a email indicating it was ready so several days later I called and the man I spoke with said oh yes its ready, I told him I would be in to pick it up the next day and he told me it was past due for pick up which was just crazy to me because I, was never notified that it was ready. I don't live in Glendale, I live up near Prescott so I had to travel for this item. I got to the store in which I have shopped a couple of times this month and came across the Manager Je*****e, she was extremely rude to me and stated that she just put the item back. I told her I called yesterday to check on the order and she continued to be rude, I then opened up my app that showed that the item was being processed and it did not say it was ready for pick up. Due to the way I was treated and brushed off by her, I will never do business again with Big Lots! I manage a very successful dental practice and if I ever heard any of my staff talking to anyone like she did me, they would not have a job. It is my money that contributes to pay your check. I think this whole store and staff need to be coached as it was several of them who dropped the ball on my order! WORST OF WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I should have just left my 189.00 worth of purchase on the counter and walked out. I did tell them I was going to write this review and they could care less...

Huge bonus plus they have orange hand baskets

It has been a while since I visited, or shopped much of anywhere except for groceries. Nice to see halloween stuff out - could Summer actually end this year? There were quite a lot of sales and clearance items. It was a bit of retail therapy that I much needed.

We were trying to find a queen sheets here and that day we couldn't find one. When we went to the different Big Lots then they told us that this store had one. We came back the other day since we had 15 % off. Get sign up for an email and you will get a notification when they will have the 15% off discount.

Went there for an interview at 8pm? Weird, no hiring Mgr. there at that time, 2nd time next morning 9am, no hiring Mgr. again!!! They told me the night before come back at 9am, then they said at 9am, come back at 4pm, they AGAIN don't know what there talking about!!! Getting Angry, they then said come back on Monday at 1;00 FINALLY a Hiring MGR!!! Jeanette!!!

Great store! Always clean the shelves are always full and abundant, compared to all the other big lots! Nice area! Great selections and name brand stuff! Check out their Reebok section 2021 is looking great for this leading retailer!
