Big Kel's Pizza & Wings - Restaurant in Council Bluffs - 40 Arena Way Suite 11, USA

The bar side was super packed with convention goers and youth athletes. I was very impressed with my server's patience with all my questions about the menu and local activities. I had a Cesar Salad, a cup of chicken tortilla soup (totally awesome, I must say), and a homemade lasagna to go. All in all I had a really great experience!!! I would recommend this restaurant to any wanting outstanding service. Enjoy and drive safely!!!

My wife and I went to dinner with my parents last Saturday around 5:15, as we had never been to this establishment before and wanted to try it. We were greeted properly ordered a couple different pizza's, two appetizers, nachos and a sandwich. Drinks were two ice teas, a water and soda. It did take awhile to get the appetizers, but it was a little busy, but no plates showed up. A family of five sat down across from us and after about 15 minutes they left as no server showed up to greet them. The pizzas came out but, the nachos and sandwich did not. The meat pizza was about the same quality as a frozen pizza but with tons of sauce. No plates were brought out for the pizzas. Two of us were finished eating before the other two received their food. The nachos came out cold as if they had been sitting in the back the entire time. The meat pizza was about the same quality as a frozen pizza but with tons of sauce. Spending $135.00 for frozen pizza and bad service isn’t ideal. The only thing that could have made this place worse is if a guy in a mouse costume walked around. Brian, thanks for the response. Fantastic Appetizer, the Pizza was Fantastic!! Ice cold Beer. Stopped by before a Whiskey Myers concert. The service was Great, Very Friendly and helpful Highly Recommend!!!

Did an order pick up here. It was pretty quick and food was delicious. I got the Nacho Italia, I wasn't a huge fan of the wonton nachos, it felt like they didn't hold up like normal tortilla chips. Could've been due to them being takeout. But they were still delicious on their own!

Last night my SO and I called to order an app, it was great to have with our drinks at Full Fledged. Then we were gonna order our dinner, problem was in the past the buffalo chicken salad was made wrong over the phone (I gotten sick for a few days from the blue cheese). I walked over to order that and a burger, then walked back to settle down. For some reason when the food was brought over there was no ranch for the salad and ketchup packets for the burger. We didn’t mind to call but what was disappointing was they forgot napkins and a fork. Then we had to wait 10-15 minutes for it to be brought over to us and I was debating to walk back over but it felt like bad if I had to walk back and forth already. The burger turned out cold already as it was manners to wait for me since I can’t eat a salad with my hands. We have liked you guys before and it felt like the night was let down other than the brewery surpassing you guys. It is also sad to tip before hand since I tip decent/good for the servers but this time I don’t think they deserved that much for the service we gotten.

We dine in with a large pizza 1/2 and 1/2 toppings, drinks where refill more than once, great atmosphere for a drink or two.

Our pizza was under cooked. It need more time in the oven for sure. I thought at first look it was a thin crust but once got it home it was all grease totally a hot mess. Out of 3 boxes of pizza only one got ate and spent more money having to go get food some we else. I understand that each place has a signature but the one I thought was a waste of my time. I should have got the gas station pizza. Totally disappointed

Randomly picked this place last night for a date. We sat at the bar & our sweet bartender couldn’t have been more helpful & attentive. The cheesy bread is AMAZING!!!! Our pizzas were great. I wish they had more beers on tap but I very much enjoyed the atmosphere, service, & definitely the food. I’ll be back for sure. Wish I lived in the area I could see being a regular. regular.
