The hostess set us quickly. This is very nostalgic I haven't been here in a couple decades Clean well laid out restaurant.. Waitress is good.. Appetizers onion ring, fantastic perfect crisp with chew, hand breaded deliciousness... garlic cheesy bread, perfect, we've had this that many restaurants this is probably the best. Entrees Pork cutlet, decent... Chili, perfect. It does have a very rich meat flavor, the tomato flavor sits heavy at the back of the tongue, but this is exactly how I like it. If you enjoy a strong proper chili, you will love this. Fries, good fries.. Fettuccine with sugo and alfredo with breaded chicken 12" big Fred with hamburger. Very good, perfect amount of crisp and chew. As always, check my video uploads..

Amazing pizza and pasta!! We always order a pepperoni with mozzarella cheese only and always comes out tasting fantastic!! The mostaccioli is quite tasty as well!! The chicken strips are fine…it’s a nice option to get a side of onion rings! Friendly staff and great service!

Poor, poor, poor service. Ordered food to go. Asked for Italian dressing on salad. They said it was already on the salad, but gave me a side of Ranch. Lettuce was just wet. No taste of anything. Not even oil. Just wet or soggy. Asked for an extra bbq sauce for my chicken tenders. When I picked up order, I asked it the extra bbq sauce was in the bag. They younger teenager said yes and that she had checked. Lied. No utensil’s. Found out you have to ask for those with a To Go lunch order. They are not just going to put them in lunch To Go order and they are Not going to ask you if you need them when you pick up your order. That’s on you. Where is service here??? I understand saving a penny, but Wow! Also, it took about 20-minutes on the phone to get any of this information. Poor girl struggled with common sense and any type of customer service. I was told, “Well you didn’t ask for silverware.” I was also told, “Well you did get one bbq sauce.” When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that she already tried that and Tony told her he didn’t have time for my call. When I asked if Phil was ever in and asked to speak with a waitress I like, then Tony made time for a customer. He was just as pathetic as the young girl. Said he could give me a credit for a side salad and could care less about the bbq sauce or utensils. I guess those are the people you get in this hiring climate. We see it everywhere. Hope Phil reads this because he won’t like it. Wet, soggy, salad below.

$9.85 for this salad ordered Goodie Roonie Hamburger and Sausage only got Hamburger, I love Big Fred's but my order has been wrong the last 3 times. I will increase stars if they ever get it right.

An old friend recommended Big Fred’s when I mentioned going through Omaha on a roadtrip. Ordered ahead of time and received great service and even better pizza. Might need to make this a tradition. Thanks Omaha!

Big Fred’s use to be great. I ordered a combo and the box felt lighter than usual. I get it home and it had less toppings and a ton of cheese. I got a gut ache from it and so did my husband. A few hours later we ate some again and had an upset gut ache again!! All the workers were young kids and only saw one adult who was rolling silverware. Use to be a great pizza. Not any more. Mommas is still the best.

We brought the family in this evening for dinner and it did not disappoint! We had several appetizers and pizza. I highly recommend the home made mozzarella sticks & beef raviolis. They were so good! Our waitress was great as well. We will be back!

We order for delivery, the food arrived late and our order was all wrong. However that wasn’t the worse part, the worse part was that our food was cold and tasted old, like if it was reheated. My Burger was supposed to be a bacon cheese burger; I received a plain burger with old buns. Do not recommend, so many better places out there.
