Big Draft Brewing - Brewery in White Sulphur Springs - 697 Main St E, USA

Place is fairly large. They have an indoor stage and outdoor stage as well. We stopped in for lunch with some family. They were out of a quite of few items, so we had to adjust our food orders. Thought our burgers were a little overcooked, but other than that, every enjoyed their food. Group got a couplenof flights of beer to try and even grabbed a couple of 4 packs to go. They have a pretty good range of beers, so most likely you will find something you like. The entrance is on the side, so it's a little misleading, looks like a warehouse from the street. Once you pull around, there is ample parking in the back, you will see how it opens up and quite charming outside. They do have outdoor seating as well. It looks like they have quite of bit of live music here, I'm sure it can be a fun Venue. If we are ever back in the area, I would see who they had playing and check out a show.

We visited here twice while in town and concluded that this place has far more potential than they currently deliver. They could be excellent, but sadly, are only mediocre right now. The first time we went, the food and beer was good but not memorable. But, it met our expectations so we were satisfied. The big problem was our server. We only saw her when she took our order and once as we received our bill (after having to ask someone else to find her). She told us she had gotten hungry and needed to eat. Perhaps management should have managed that situation? For our second visit, we went there for dinner after a local event and were informed that the kitchen closed at 8, and that they only stayed open until 9 from drinks. In today’s world, that seems like a very early closing for a brew pub. Bottom line — it’s a place worth visiting but be prepared for mediocre service and be aware of the limited hours.

Had lunch on Friday, a couple days ago. I frankly thought hard about what rating to give this place. I almost gave it a 2 for the brisket and service but considered that the beer and salads were good. I was looking forward to stopping in as last time we visited this place, our food was tasty and service good. We both ordered brisket sandwiches but asked for no bread. The brisket was tasty but 50% of each slab was a chunk of fat that was inedible. When the server came over to check on us, she inquired about our food. I told her (politely) that it was really disappointing. The brisket had not been trimmed at all. She didn't say a word. Walked off and never returned until we had to flag her to pay the bill. We had the equivalent of one sandwich worth of meat between the two of us despite paying for two. This place has so much going for it. But I don't know that we will be back anytime soon.

This was my first time here at Big Draft Brewing and oh boy it was a great one. We were able to attend their first birthday party. There was a little rain but that stopped no one. The space is absolutely gorgeous and so much room to sit inside and outside. The staff is beyond nice and the customer service was perfectly on point. Also, did I mention the food? Absolute bangers every bit. I know we were working off a special menu but still very great. Even got to meet the owner who was a pleasure to talk with. And I can’t forget the balloon artist. He was suppose to be gone at 9 but stayed until 1130 cranking out requests for kids and families. Just an overall amazing first experience.

Big Draft is a fantastic place for excellent food and terrific beer! My hubs and I each had the open face buffalo chicken sandwich and a Marzen style beer. 5 stars for both! The bartender was friendly and helpful and the food came out fast. We were over an hour away when I realized I left my jacket. I called to let them know and the manager connected with me immediately and shipped it to my home, and even gave restaurant tips for further travel down the road. Great food, awesome beer and the best people!

Excellent food, exceptional service and outstanding beers in a friendly atmosphere. Stayed at Howard’s Creek Inn next door. White Sulphur Springs, love the Roads of Honor tributes to local Veterans!

I wish I could give Big Draft more than 5 stars! This place is incredible. The food, the in house brews, the service and the atmosphere are unmatched. Multiple times I have driven 2+ hours to visit. Big Draft is hands down one of the must visit places in the Greenbrier Valley!

Got the farmhouse salad and black and blue burger with sweet potatoe fries. 10/10 service. 10/10 environment. The back deck is very relaxing and nice atmosphere. This place is a gem. Corn hike and a nice patio near. Highly recommend!
