The Oreo cake was to die for. It tasted amazing! There were so many layers to the cake that it could easily serve 12 slices. The buttercream frosting was the best I've ever had. Very happy with my purchase, only wish it wasn't $55. I will also mention that you need to place your order in advance if you want the day you're looking for since they book up fast.

We LOVE everything about Big Ben's. The manager is always so friendly and kind - she always chats with us, and even remembered that we recently got married & congratulated us ♡ Their desserts are the absolute BEST around. Literally everything we've had from here is absolutely delicious. It makes complete sense to hear Ben's story and how he listened to his calling from God to become a baker. You can taste his love of baking in the cakes! We love supporting a local company and will continue to get our desserts here.

Stopped in from out of town due to having a coupon and reading good reviews. The staff was very friendly and kind. I ordered to-go a key lime-strawberry cake slice and a single banana pudding. While both were good (especially for Lyman's limited offerings), I would not say they were exceptional on a national scale.

This is the 3rd separate occasion I've tried to place a order for cupcakes. I call well within the 24hr advance stated and even tried 3 weeks before I needed them but I'm always told no or sorry. Today I was told sorry he can't he has a previous speaking engagement. Like man how far on advance do you need notice. You all have great baked goods but seems like I can never get a order.

We had the XL Banana split and it did not disappoint! The prices were great and the employees were even better. Very welcoming and very clean. They use quality products and you can taste the difference. We will definitely be back.

Go there with my daughter and let her pick out a piece of cake sometimes on Sunday. Cakes are always good and they are always nice to my daughter. Bought a huge red velvet cake for a going away party at my job and everyone said it was the best they had ever had.

Cake is cake, right?? NOPE! My son brought me two cupcakes from this place and oh my gosh!! it was ridiculously awesome! I don’t know what secret ingredient they put in their cake, but it taste like it has a little bit of ice cream in it or something. It’s definitely fit fit apart from all the other cakes I’ve had.

My 75 year old mother has went to this establishment a few times now because she loves their cakes. She broke her femur, had surgery and now they have to go back in to replace broken screws and plates. She had a heart attack right after breaking her femur and is now awaiting having open heart surgery as well. They have curbside service on their website , however, when she went the first time the lady working told her she would bring her order to the car THIS time but not again. So, my mother goes back to get a big order she placed and was going to ask someone that was going in if they could bring her order out to her. She just needed someone to help her but the lady and girl working today were very rude to her. They weren't busy and the lady came out because my mom had been sitting there a while.l in front of the store. My mom told her she was going to ask someone to help her and the lady told her she could not "solicitate" anyone. That's not solicitation, it's just asking someone for some help, a good Samaritan, if you will. Last week my mom asked a sweet couple going in if they would help bring her order out and they were happy to help. The lady working also interrogated my mother on if she can't walk, how does she get in her car? Really none of your business but my mother explained she has a rider at home and drives it up close to her car to get in. She also said she could call Uber for delivery and my mother told her that they don't deliver to her address. She could've just said, "we're not busy right now and I'd be happy to help you". She could've have gotten her order in less time that it took standing outside at her car. I don't care how great your cakes are if you treat people rudely. Don't ask anyone to help you get your order or you're soliciting. Very disappointed in the treatment my mother received today.
