I order from here often. I also eat here for lunch when I'm in the area. I've been supporting this place since it opened! Today , I used doordash to place an order as I was busy and couldn't go to pick it up. My friends lunch which was a roll was missing. I called them and the girl who works there answered. I said a roll was missing and she goes I know we made a mistake then hung up on me. I called back 3 times. Each time she picked it up and hung up on me.. so we called from another number, we said please don't hang up, we are missing food. She hung up yet again!!! We were trying to say, we will just come and get it. Her childish behavior is absolutely appalling. That is NO way to professionally handle an issue with your business. They have lost a long term and repeat customer for her unprofessional way to handle the situation. Grow up and learn how to speak to your customers whether we order from an app or through you directly.

Ordered on UberEats and got a 3 Protein Poke Bowl. Good flavours but incredibly disappointed with the portions. They were heavily stingey with the proteins, only giving a table spoon of each. I included 2 sauces with my order and my ordered turned in very dry. My bowl is essentially just toppings over giant scoops of rice. Whoever served my food needs to be retrained. Very mid experience.

Ordered 2 poke bowls and was severely disappointed. My bowl had 3 pieces and steamed shrimp and no spicy salmon or crunchies, my partners bowl barely had any protein. The best part of the meal was the scallion pancakes….. very dissatisfied.

I love this place. I am surprised I haven't reviewed this place earlier. They have the best poke bowls. You can put whatever you want in it. I am obsessed with the sweet chili mayo. The staff is so friendly and food is always fresh, but quick service. Very affordable prices too

The food is delicious and fresh. We also have food allergies and they call to double check, which is great. My only issue is the last two times I placed online orders they corrected the total and charged me extra for “add ons”. I had zero add ons both times. In fact the only thing I asked for was for them to NOT use sesame seeds or seaweed paper because of an allergy. So because they’re omitting something, instead of charging me the same or less, they charge more?? That doesn’t seem right.

I like to get the poke bowls here they are really good! Unfortunately the last time I got it the spicy Mayo was slightly too spicy but normally it’s really good! Love the tempura flakes that you can add on top! Some poke places don’t have an option for garnishes

This sushi spot is hot right now. On the busiest nights you will have a hard time placing an order because of demand. I'm in here on a weekly basis and I really enjoy their sushi burritos. The staff are very polite and attentive. There are 3 tables available to dine in so it's more towards a quick take out then a hangout. It's very clean and well organized. If there isn't much demand more towards lunch hours you can usually be served in about 5-10 minutes or so and get a seat. Highly recommended for the quality of food and service here.

Really quick service. The fried calamari was delicious but i think the portion couldve been a bit laeger. The pokebowls were absolutely delicious, cant wait to come back again to try different flavors (might ask for sauce on the side}. Highly recommend the big bang classic!
