Update: owner contacted almost immediately after writing initial review. Very professional man gave further explanation of the issues they have been experiencing with their facilities and offered for me and my immediate family to come back at a better time with better accommodations. Great place for kids entertainment inside of Anderson good location for a quick stop for fun.
It was the coolest. My granddaughter had such a great time. She pitched a fit when it was time to leave. I really liked how this place looked. Everything was perfect. Cant wait to take her back when we can stay longer
These folks did a fantastic job with Clayton's Birthday Party. Highly recommend Big Air Anderson for your kids Party or just let them get out and play. 6 Stars to the staff.
It's a good place to have for all ages. Needs to have restroom direction signs posted. Ask why there are no restroom signs; manager said "There aren't any good places to display them". I find that to be a very poor answer for management give. I saw many good places to display them without interfering with the viewing of the activities or joyful feeling of the place.
The trampoline park itself is great and staffed with friendly and helpful staff. But the restroom needs a lot of TLC. The two urinals in the men's restroom were out of service. One of the two stalls had a missing lock for the door. Both soap dispensers were missing and were replaced by a single spray bottle with soapy water to wash your hands.
Was there Saturday for my granddaughter 4th birthday party. Was more than what I expected but the kids had a really great time and the food was great especially the wings but unfortunately just about everyone who attended the party has strep throat and the flu. This needs to be taken inconsideration and with the flu going around the place needs to be sanitized on a regular basis. Have another party to attend in a few weeks and I’m kind of worried about taking my granddaughter cause she’s one of the kids who has strep and I have the flu
Big air Anderson is my daughters favorite place for indoor fun! The staff is friendly and they have tasty concessions. If you haven’t stop by make sure you do!
Me and my friend from the Retro Gaming Lounge went there today and we had fun. I jumped all over the place and get to see it all. The food they had were good and I enjoyed my first time at a trampoline park.
