I took my 80 year old father to shop the day after his birthday to spend gift cards. He is very slow and unsteady, and he needed to use the restroom. No public restroom, but they made an exception for him. Then, we needed help with jackets after picking out hats. Well, Jacob waited on my father hand and foot, and was able to pick out the perfect jacket based on my father's needs. EVERYONE was very helpful, and he even received a Veteran's discount. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

I have shopped in the Hemet Ca. store for some years now; always pleased. This store manager is always friendly and helpful. The store is always fully stocked and clean. You need to promote him to a district manager to train your other store managers to run their stores like he does. No other store manager or staff that I have come in contact with from other stores, can match the quality of this stores management. But if you do that, then I can't have him at my store !! By the way, I have read the 1 star ratings from some of the customers about this store not having a bathroom. Come on people, this is a small store not a resturant. Go to the bathroom at home, a gas station, a restaurant. Plan you day a bit more carefully, don't put a bad review out because you are a bad planner of your own life. Give these hardworking people at this store a break !!!

I went into this Big 5 to purchase a tennis racket. The people working at this store are NOT at all helpful. I stood by the tennis rackets for 15 to 20 good minutes looking at different tennis rackets, and the staff walked around me and NEVER asked if i needed help. To prove my point, I left the store that day, and returned the next day. Went back to the same tennis rackets location (right side of the store, on the wall). Same scenario. The only difference is that I purchased a rackets. Do I recommend the store? H.E.Double Hockey. Sticks No.

Went looking for swim trunks and rash gaurd for 18 yr old son recently. They had some left and products were of superior quality. Unfortunately the sizes for the store only go as high as a 2X. We needed a 3X. Higher price point than other stores but I thought it would have been worth it if they had only the next size up.

Nice store, friendly staff, I wish they had more ammo choices though.

I needed non-slip shoes and the associate in the shoe section was " outstanding." His name was Dane and he was professional, helpful, engaging, and had a smile on his face. He knew what customer service meant and was excellent at it. I'll definitely be back and look for " Great Dane!"
