Well, the store definitely looks bigger on the inside. It was the last day on one of their sale with the Bearpaw boots. I was going to go to buy the cloud II, which I had gotten a pair at a different store. They were out of the color I wanted. It also turns out I grabbed the wrong size. Then my mother-in-law asked what I was doing, and I explained it to her, and I showed her a few that were on sale. So she gave me money. And the way I went. I had no problem finding her shoes, but the only thing was they had the regular prices showing. So I figured I would just have to show them the ones in the app. The store is set up really nicely and easy to maneuver through the aisles, but I was surprised that bear paws that I was getting were on a shelf facing the back wall towards camping. Grab the pair that I wanted, and my mom's pair rang up cheaper than the sales price. It also happened on my pair. Plus, I got an additional 10% off each pair. I signed up for email alerts, and I get a lot of good coupons from it and a lot of good deals. Josh, the cashier was very friendly and so were the other two employees. My mom likes her chocolate brown short bear paws.
This location is great, good location for me, competitive pricing and have what I need in stock. The employees are great. They are very helpful, professional and pleasant. I will be coming back to this store for sure.
This Team here at Big 5 is Amazing!! They are so helpful. Especially the team that helped us with our boys soccer shoes one week and 2 weeks later the School Shoes. Thanks again for helping us out with the Online promos. We will be comming back for sure. You guys Rock. GOD Bless!!
We come here often and a majority of the time they have plenty of items in stock and are great about reminding you to use those digital coupons. Always friendly and helpful service.
Honestly these managers are super rude. They tell you one then and then get all smart with you saying that isn’t what they said or tell you a completely other thing the next time you come in with a full blown attitude. Never again.
I got rude customer service from Amber. She needs to learn some respect, how to explain herself, and not be sarcastic to the customers.
Got there at opening and made my purchase. Cashier Luisa had no pennies so shorted me by 3 pennies. Not alot of money but it's how it was said. " I'm out of pennies so im just gonna give you 36.40 for change. Everyone hates pennies anyway. There was no other customer in the store and a female manager was standing close by. I do like my pennies since i am a single dad and all my daily change goes towards my son's birthday every year. We never spend our change other than his birthday. Store was awesome though and i love big 5.
Great customer service. Not crowded. They always have what I need.

This restaurant was recommended by our local family. We are visiting from AZ. It is definitely a place we will visit again. The small town cafe feel and country cooking are great!
Pretty little spot right off Hwy 243. It's well-maintained. There are picnic tables and grills to enjoy lunch or you can pick a spot somewhere along the edge of the lake to sit and enjoy. There is a round, wooden walkway/pier from which several peopl
Awesome place to stop by on the way out to or coming from LA, out to Joshua Tree. We stopped there on our way back from a great weekend in 29 Palms. Food was fantastic - biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, the whole 9 yards. Service was great and the
A nice selection of a little of everything. They really do have a LARGE selection of liquor/ alcohol. They have normal "gas station" products with not being one. They have a few essentials as well as some t-shirts and hats and such. The employees are
Welcoming family restaurant. The food was fresh and delicious. Red and yellow Currys were some of the best in the greater Palm Springs area. We will be returning to try more dishes in their menu.
