Went in to get some warm socks for my winter riding trip. They walked me right to them and let me choose the ones that made me happy. Super warm wool socks! Super nice people! Will return when I visit Sierra Vista in the future!
Rude staff. First we went in and I was there to get new hikers. But, I had to use the restroom. Asked for the restroom and was told no. Go next door to Peter Pipers or Big Lots. So we left and went to the Valero. I can understand if I wasn't a customer, but I was going to be. So, we came back and went to the shoes. We'll, I found a couple I wanted to try on. There was 2 employees just standing there flirting with each other. When they finally stopped, my husband had to flag the guy down. Told him what I wanted and he brought out 2 sizes, because he couldn't remember from 2 seconds before what I said. Then he handed me one, set the other down and walked away again. The shoe were piling up. He never came back to check on us, so we left and we are ordering from Amazon. They lost a good customer. This is why stores close.
They seem to be out---checking online--of the shoes in-store, two different models, I most wanted. So I went down there to at least look at the shoes. What I found---it isn't like they have bad service; they have NO service. Nobody around. I saw one person briefly but when I looked back around, they were gone and never reappeared. I used to shop at Big 5 all the time. I guess they are going the way of Sears & Kmart.
I love the atmosphere when I go in and my sister is a big help when I need to ask her a question of any product in the store. I enjoyed the manager that is there and I give a shout out to Joe who's also a big help.
4/20/2023 @ 12:45 pm....Was passing through from Tucson. Needed new shoes for a new job starting monday. My feet have been hurting. The front cashier greeted me with a welcome attitude. The shoe salesman was on point. Got me the right size and explained what I was needing for a new warehouse job. I love my new Saucony's! I left the store walking on sunshine! Great selection of shoes and great sale prices! A+
Totally rude and bad service im in a wheelchair they didnt help me one but help someelse who came in after me find a 75 dollar face mask so i felt real unimportant and left
They always have good savings, and good merchandise. I love that I always find that I need it. Tennis or clothes. They give me excellent service. Thank you
