Staff barely greeted us coming in, we went to the firearms counter to try and get ammo, waited 15 minutes and not one employee could be bothered to ask if we needed help. As we left, the 2 employees we saw were just sitting around the register kiosk talking, didn't say a word to us as we walked out, in fact I'm not even sure they knew we passed by them, they were that engrossed in conversation.

Shop keeper looks he was trying to hunt people. Like damn, stop following us like you’re trying to find you’re 28th meal today; the way you’re belly is about to pop out and hit us when we ask you a question. instead of looking at us around the store. You look into a hair transplant, you greasy sleazy bootleg santa cluas.

I was shopping and there were a few people doing the same. As I finish getting my stuff and reach the counter. The clerk called for a manager for assistance. The manager informed me she had already closed out the register and could not help me. I would have to come back the next day to purchase my merchandise. Mind you I had over $200 in goods. And they were not closed. How is that my problem? I'll never shop there again. Guess they can close early if they fill like it.

Small for a Big 5 store. Limited selection of mid grade stuff. Helpful staff.

I seriously need to invest in Big 5 stock. I go in there to buy a tin of pellets for my target practice and come out with two pairs of boots, a punching bag (on sale) and some gloves! I don't think I am going to open their email anymore! At least not til my next birthday. Good people, good service, everything you can possibly need that you don't want to order online, and a boatload of stuff you don't need but want anyway. Have fun shopping!
