I like to go to big 5 and this particular store is my fav. Good deals, good offers nice and clean store, very nice people but the best variety of everything. Very good prices..

No male coworkers. It's been taken over by chatty women. You need male coworkers to help you stop shoplifters

No customer service at all. Walked in and 2 girls were standing at the cash register. And never even greeted us. 2 workers were just walking around. Never once asked if we needed help. Went to the cash register to pay. The worker still didn't say one word to us. All she said was to ask if I had the coupon I told her I had. Then when we walked out, the worker standing at the door didn't say one word! Never a thank you or anything. Workers need to have more training in customer service!! Won't be going back to this store

Friendly staff answered all my questions had what I needed in stocks and they where even willing to order what they didn't have in stock.

I used to like coming here when I used to live in El Monte. I came here recently and it was pretty dead. No employees at the register. There were two young girls stocking merch just talking and laughing. I needed help in the shoe section, but they never bothered to acknowledge me. So after 20 minutes I just left. Bad customer service!! I will not be coming to this location again!!

I tried taking a exercise equipment back because it broke and they didn't wanna take it after 2 months, it broke on me.

The parking lot is a little dark so be careful going at night
