I shop there often and everything goes well. Its just that lately when I go there to purchase a firearm that there isn't a certified person available to do the paperwork. It has happened to me about 3 or 4 times. Maybe next time I will call first.

This store is amazing! Coachella valley family, go to this store instead of the la quinta one. People are much nicer and considerate. You’re greeted the moment you walk in the door. The deals are great and they always have bargains. 😊 My purchase was processed through Joseph, and he is a very kind person. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to anything in that store. I shop at Big 5 often and have never had an excellent customer service experience like today. Absolutely satisfied with my experience with Big 5 Coachella. La quinta is off my list when it comes to sporting goods. Joseph knows what he’s doing.

A male worker was following us around and I wasn't even doing anything suspicious except for the part my special needs son was just walking around and talking so heads up if you want to buy things for your children don't go with them or they treat you like a thief
